Kaydence had amazing customer service from beginning to end. She walked me thru how to order a couple of my kids’ drinks that I wasn’t sure about. She was extremely patient and sweet! Then one drink wasn’t the best (my fault) and when I went in to ask her to re-make it she kept a smile on an even upsized her for the inconvenience. Haven’t received that type of amazing customer service in a while!

I have wanted to write a review since this location opened. They truly have the best staff and management! Honestly they are all so kind and go out of their way to show it, and always ask how our day is going. Instant mood booster! Also we have a large crowd of kiddos that hit up this location on Fridays and I want to say Mama to Staff …I really appreciate you all showing kindness and patience towards them. This Mama is always telling them make sure to throw your trash away, be kind, tip well, and show patience because you all sure show that to them. Thank you! Keep up the great work you guys! Hugs

done trying to come here after this morning… showed up 10mins after my mobile order was supposed to be ready, waited another 10mins then asked a guy who is literally not doing anything but standing in front of an ipad and he tells me to wait some more… ok so i wait more, still nothing after 5 more minutes so I just had to leave with nothing because i have places to be (people order ahead to plan accordingly!) and can’t get a refund because they don’t answer the phone! There’s also a lady there (apple?) who always has an attitude. just go to another location…

Starbucks is the best in this place, for the first time in two years of tasting Matcha at Starbucks, I was made a really tasty one, because no matter what location I was at, it was bitter, not mixed, I will save this place for myself
