I ordered two pizzas. One pepperoni and one pepperoni and sausage. I was charged extra for the pepperoni and sausage. If I pay extra that means I get extra. Not less of one.

The pizza wasn’t cut. It was soft, wet, and soggy, even though I asked for it well-done. It was drowned in green chilies and their water, with only about one piece of the other toppings I asked for. They also smashed the sauce cups down into the pizza. This was literally the single worst food I’ve ever had the misfortune of paying for. It was falling apart, soaking wet, and not even really what I ordered. This single Papa John’s has ensured that I will never order from any Papa John’s anywhere ever again. Send these people back to the potato fields. They aren’t fit to do even the most menial tasks. Maybe they could dig around for spuds and throw them in a bag correctly.

So when I go in the women are always super friendly and nice, the restaurant is clean looking. The problem I’ve been having is the past 2 times I’ve ordered (and it was for pick up), they are getting the food order wrong ..and the sticker on the side will even say what it’s supposed to be. And theyre only 2 toppings. So unfortunately not sure if we will be ordering from this location again. I would like what I PAY for and I even go and pick it up.

The reason I’m leaving this review is to shoutout an awesome employee. In a world where customer service is dead, this employee shines. The girl with the glasses and brown hair pulled back into a pony tail is always helpful, friendly, fast, and so on top of it. I’ve ordered from here a couple times recently and she already knew me when I came in. Girl deserves a raise and kudos and I will continue to come here solely based on interactions like that. I can order pizza from anywhere and we live right next to the other 4 main chains but I continue to support this store because of employees like her. Shoutout pony tail/glasses girl! P.S. she’s always quick to reassure you that your sauces are in the box!

On January , Friday the 26th my family and I placed an order on line for a pizza. Long morning , longer night. We have placed orders with this pizzeria before and it was for the most part fine.
After having a very long morning / night , we placed our order. Hungry , we ate a couple of slices and went to bed. It wasn’t until the next morning that we discovered the pizza ( we we’re going too have it for lunch) was dough , not fully cooked. My daughter filled out a form with customer service , the form stated we would hear back within 48 hours. We’ve since heard nothing. I decided the same day that I would call and state my grievances. The manager ( friendly ) didn’t state he was the manager until I asked. He was hesitant. I stated what I stated above , verbally. I also stated that we weren’t trying to get a free pizza or a refund. Let’s be honest , people do that. Complain and it’s not valid for a free-bee. I had no energy to take back the uncooked pizza nor the time. There was no mention of a credit a refund or a pizza, , just a promise that it wouldn’t happen again. We won’t be doing business with this establishment again nor my family or friends. Customer service should be top tier and keeping satisfied customers should be held in high esteem, especially in this day and age. High cost of living and we’re all just barely making it. Who has money too waste?

We ordered a Hawaiian BBQ chicken pizza with extra pineapple, mushrooms, and baked well done. It arrived with barely any pineapple or mushrooms, and no where near baked well done. We also ordered boneless wings (actually barely hot chicken nuggets with a bit of sauce squirted on top), breads ticks, and a soda . They brought the wrong soda. This was a very disappointing meal.

We encountered a minor problem with our order at our local Papa John’s, but the response we received truly stood out. Jordan, the general manager, went above and beyond. He was courteous, attentive, and clearly dedicated to resolving the issue. Outstanding customer service like that is hard to come by, and it completely turned our experience around.

They were happy to serve me when Domino’s told me they wouldn’t, because it was too close to closing although as far as I know pappa John’s was closer to closing and still happily served me.

Ordered the same thing I’ve been ordering for weeks and got skimpy portions with barely anything in them. Go anywhere but here the manager was condencending and rude upon calling them. she doesn’t have to go to bed hungry tonight unlike 2 kids. I paid almost $100 for 1/4th of what I got last time. The portions are a joke. My 6 year old eats more at school lunch. I ordered this exact same thing a week ago. Would give 0 stars if I could. The last few times I’ve ordered I’ve been either missing multiple things or I’ve been skimped don’t order here. Look how empty this bowl is. If you want empty boxes order here.
