The two gals working the morning of 2/26 around 5:45 AM were working so hard and were so kind! Being a barista is no easy job, especially that early, so thank you both for getting drinks out as quickly and efficiently as you could, all while training, too.

Standard standalone Starbucks with the usual drinks and food. The coffee is good; food options could be better.
Service is very good, but the waiting time in the drive through line can be long if there are more than one or two cars ahead of you and they have a big order.
There’s no problem with parking if you’re going in.

I will no longer be going to this location. The last 3 times I have ordered a frozen drink they have filled the bottom of the cup almost half way with whipped cream. I just paid $8 for half a grande Frappuccino.

Nowhere to sit. Should be marketed as a Starbucks express or something else. Drove all the way down here just to find out I wouldn’t be able to actually do anything. They have enough space outside for at least one table and there’s simply nothing. Waste of time to come. Don’t bother.

This Starbucks location on Monaco near Evans is a personal favorite. They are super kind and very efficient. My favorite go-to items: White chocolate mocha, praline latte, carmel brulee latte, rolled oats with fruit and nut toppings, egg protein box, gouda egg white sandwich, and the chocolate chip cookie. Hopefully, not all in the same sitting. The vanilla bean scones are also really tasty, and be sure to try any holiday treats.

The barista today was very rude. I asked for my brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso drink with light ice and she proceeded to say how that will leave room inside the cup and it wouldn’t be full. (That was a first time I’ve ever gotten a response liked this) …. Then when I got my drink it tasted watered down. I normally don’t bother with these kinds of things, but I decided ask for a remake because it didn’t taste the same and it was very clear in color. When I went in she tried to tell me that my drink was going to taste watered down because it’s shaken with ice. I have ordered this drink many times before and that’s another first! At this point I can tell she was very annoyed and had an attitude. She wasn’t about the customer service. She proceeded to remake my drink but was slamming cups and the ice door, you name it. I did thank her for remaking my drink and got ZERO acknowledgment! She turned around and went about her way. There is not need to be rude or question your customers.

My Pike Place wasn’t ready with two other drinks after about 10-15 minutes drive there. So I had to wait. When I asked if the sugars were in it the gentleman said sugars? Then he said the sugars are over there. When I asked if they don’t make the coffees on order all of a sudden I started getting attitude. Then when I asked about the sugars if they don’t put the sugars in there she said the sugars are in my drink. After I had put 12 more sugars in my drink. I am deaf in one ear and I don’t have very good hearing in my other one. But I definitely heard the attitude and the guy who was talking to me let me put extra sugar in my drink if I misheard him. I’m all about customer service I wanted to customer service my whole life just about. I just can’t stand being treated like that in a place that supposedly Prides itself on customer service. I don’t go back to those places that don’t really care and are there to collect money which I think they’re getting paid more now right?
