This is such a cute bakery, well designed, and decorated. It is family owned for 25 years. You can dine in or take out. They have breakfast items, lunch, and parties. We chose to take home. The prices are reasonable also.
We ordered a Ham and Cheese empanada, which was delicious! These are larger than the small ones given out by other bakeries. My daughter got the Beef empanada and enjoyed hers. We also got strawberry tarts and guava pastelitos for the weekend. There are so many items that look delicious.
Parking is right in front of the bakery. It is located in a small strip mall on the north side. The owner was so pleasant and friendly. We will definitely go back again soon!

This place is great…best bakery in North Beach area. The dough is perfect and they stuff them full. Everything is just fantastic. The guava pastry is awesome..the hot food is delicious. There is so much to choose from and it’s all great. Can’t recommend enough.

Stop trying empanadas. I’m wondering,why are people so fussy about it? Stuffing was OK, but the dough itself was not edible. By the way, they charged me for 2 empanadas and a small cacao for 20 dollars!

This place is an amazing find. I live in South Beach but was in the neighborhood and wow. The menu is things I dream about restaurants offering. The guava has so much flavor. The Cuban coffee is sweet and delicious and the Cuban breakfast with chunks of cheese in the eggs and ham croquettes is out of the world. Served with Cuban toast!! Best of all the staff is warm and welcoming. I already told all my local friends about my new find!

This is my place to go if I want something tasty at a good price. I have tried the rib soup (best item on the menu) , patacon and different empanadas. I have eaten right there and getting delivery. It never disappoints. I fully recommend to check this out, you won’t regret it. Also their orange smoothie is freshly squeezed and it tastes great. Honestly any item is good.
