Ordered 2 Pike Place coffees. They were watered down with way too much cream. Complained and they gave us two more watered down coffees without cream as we asked. Didn’t even taste like pike Place. One looked like ice tea, not coffee. With a local coffee shop right behind this Starbucks, we won’t be coming here again!!!

I had not been to a Starbucks in many years. Largely, this is due to money; but with everything horrible that has happened this year, I wanted to make a little exception and take my kids in for a treat. We always stop at this Starbucks when traveling from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Today I had a blueberry scone with my coffee. The staff was outstanding. Real hustle going on to get the orders out correctly and quickly. Have always had good experiences at this location.

First time going to this location, it seemed very crowed people were standing and talking with their coffees. We got ours to go though, the service was very quick and I loved that they double checked if we wanted whipped cream or not. The crew was fast and friendly. I also liked that they were starting short conversations with the customers. So other than the crowed place it was good. They should think about remodeling or expanding cause people standing chit chatting waiting for tables is bad and they are kind of in the way of people getting in and leaving the store.

I won’t come back. Came in and sat down while I waited for someone to join me. A barista came over and gave me a coffee so his manager wouldn’t be upset we were using their table and not ordering. I planned on getting a coffee as soon as she arrived. Not only did he keep us from purchasing coffee, he showed us how unfriendly this Starbucks is.

My cup clearly says no foam…my drink is clearly 40% foam. I paid for 100% of my drink but only received 60% of it. For $5.50 I would expect my drink to be correct. It’s not a fancy order…just don’t add foam. Pretty annoyed.

Please do not go here. Ordered a breve got mocked for not ordering a breve latte then they put laxative in my coffee. Karma is thing to the little barista that works here you can’t out run it.

Every time I come through here, which is almost daily, they never make my London Fog the same way. I came through yesterday morning and ordered my usual drink and then 2 tomato panini and an OJ. As I started driving and went to take a sip I noticed my cup felt really light. I took the lid off and it wasn’t even 3/4 full (this was foam and tea bags sitting on top). I got to my sandwich and both of ours had almost no toppings. The automatic time stamps in the photos and the tag location are all within 4min of the stickers printed on the drinks.
***Edited 1/6/18: I came though this morning at 530am and I had MichealAnn take my order. She remembered me when I called in about this situation, which I completely forgot about. She remembered my name and my drink. When I got my London Fog, I will honestly say that was THE BEST one I’ve ever had made, from anywhere. It was creamy and sweet. I changed my review from a one to a four star ONLY because of her and her excellent service, and her great drink. Please, have her teach everyone how to make the drink the way she did! Will be returning
