This place is the saddest representation of a Little Caesars I’ve ever seen. I put my order in at 1:00 in the afternoon with a pickup time of 5:15. I arrive at 5:17 to find out they haven’t even started my almost $100 order. All they can say is sorry your order is going in the oven soon. Not a acceptable reply in my book. The excuse of we’re training a new person is also not acceptable, Especially when you put in the order hours before. Finally get my order 45 minutes later. Not even a offer to try and make it right in any way. I wasn’t the only one either. Several people were being told their order would be 45 minutes. I’ll definitely choose a different pizza place before I come back to this store as should all others . Be warned. I’d give them a 0 star if that was an option.

If you come here, you know what you’re getting. This location’s pizza is usually better than most every other Little Caesar’s out there. Check their deals, they usually have good coupons available – one of the few places left to get pizza for a family at an affordable price. 🙂

Honestly so disappointed. We were fine waiting for the pizza we understood it was busy, he waited 30ish minutes. At about 6:30 my husband gets an email saying it can’t go in the portal and to go to the front and receive the pizza, he goes up there and the worker states “oh yeah gimme a second”. Totally fine she was probably finishing out orders, she taps on her computer and tells me it will be just a minute. During the next 10 mins she doesn’t ask anyone actually handling the pizza where it was or call out for it. Her manager asks her to throw out old pizzas and do various chores, again hasn’t talked to anyone else about the email and our pizza being done. We then another email saying hey come grab your stuff. Once again he goes up there and a guy immediately just grabs the pizza and hands it to him. We get home of course it’s cold so while it reheats I get to type this out

I never expect much from little Caesars. They are acceptable when you are in a hurry and they are close. I will note over the years they have gotten better.
A lot of my high rating is how friendly everyone is when I have come in. I have also had very few issues with accuracy at this place. Considering Little Caesars is usually cheaper and simpler than just about anyone else, I am guessing the profit margin is lower, but whoever is running this place still puts time and effort into having a good crew, and that impresses me. I probably go here more often than I should because of that.
Anyway, this location deserves support.

The Sullivan location is the best one I’ve been to so far in the Spokane area. I ordered the new Crazy Puffs…..and let me tell ya. Those things are Awesome!!! I ordered 12 to share with my work colleagues and I ended up eating 8. So good!!! Get some!!!!

Ordered pickup and the day after got major food poisoning along with my partner. Called to let them know we got extremely sick in case of cross contamination and was met with someone who could literally have not cared less. I doubt the information even made it to the manager. I would bet actual money the state of the kitchen is beyond disgusting and would not pass a health inspection check. So be warned because this sickness is absolutely horrific and I wouldn’t want my worst enemy to experience this.

Went to try the pretzel crust. Received the pizza with way too much salt on half of it. Quote wait time was 15min. And we waited for 30min. Definitely disappointed that half the pizza wasn’t edible

Have ordered from this store many, many times over the years. I don’t know what happened, but this pizza I received was way undercooked and extremely unappetizing to look at. Need to teach your staff how to make pizza correctly and consistently.
