Coming here is my favorite part of the week! I have been bringing my dog every Saturday morning since I moved to the area back in 2024. Andrea is a gem and knows my voice the minute I pull up the speaker. The other staff has been so kind as well. Shorty and another lady who I can’t remember her name right now are so wonderful! I been coming here for 2 months now that they closed other Starbucks. Almost every morning at same time. Big difference they do not try and remember who you are like other Starbucks. They are more worried about talking to each other than the customer literally every time I been there. You can hear them when in drive thru taking other orders and same thing happens. $7 for a drink that looks like this, is sad. The milk was separated before they handed me the drink. I didn’t want to hold up the drive thru line and needed to get to work, so I didn’t ask them to remake it. I regret not asking. The drink tastes just like it looks.

The lady in drive through at 630pm on 12/10 was so wonderful and really made my night. We went to the location on Virginia and Broadway about 15 minutes before to pick up my mobile order. I ordered it hot and sweet. They made it iced so I let them know and then they gave me a hot with no syrup instead of extra syrup. I didn’t know till I was headed south. We saw this location and stopped to buy another. We didn’t expect her to comp us, we just asked her to help us toss the bad one since we were buying another. We told her what happened and she gave me my new drink on the house and doubled checked that is was correct. She was courteous and polite and really made up for the other location. The service field is hard and it is even harder to find people who care. She made it very apparent that she cares. A real gem in a world running low on kindness. I can’t say how much I appreciate her effort.

Tracy is so incredibly condescending – it’s really hard to visit this location when every time I come I leave feeling upset. I really hope you take a look at your staff because good customer service really makes a difference. I would avoid this location if I were you because not only do they mess up the drinks consistently, they also give you attitude.

Wonderful service. Tessa is great help and everybody on the team!! One of the best starbuck visits i’ve ever had. Everybody was friendly and smiling. Very helpful even while busy. There was a mess and it was cleaned up immediately. The store was spotless!!! This is now my preferred store!!! 10/10
