While I did give this location more stars for the coffee and atmosphere, I based my overall on the service and barista interaction. Customer service can make a place great or not.
I came here for a coffee date with my 75 year old mom, and we decided to order in. My mom’s coffee tasted like straight up steamed milk and nothing else, and it was lukewarm at best. She asked to have it remade, and 2 baristas treated her terribly. They asked what she expected with 1 shot of espresso and using a cold mug. The interaction to get them to remake the coffee took way longer than it should have. They argued with her instead of just remaking it hotter and with less milk. I’m not sure what their goal was to treat an elderly person like an imbecile, but it was inexcusable. Just for clarity, she has ordered it this way from other locations that taste a lot better.

I love this Starbucks. It’s convenient as it’s right by my job, and they never miss. Every time I go here Im greeted with amazingly positive attitudes and they greet me by name at the window when Im picking up a mobile order. Many of their employees have come to recognize me and always have something nice to say or they pass on their positivity and it really goes a long way. By far my favorite Starbucks to visit

Pre ordered 2 drinks while wasting half of my reward points to have both drinks butchered. They got out of giving me a total of 4 extra espresso shots in my drinks, there was no cold foam in one, and there was no whipped cream in the other, etc. It’s like they saw the drink name and assumed it was standard without reading any of the changes.

From the layout of the Starbucks it looks like they can handle a high quantity of people at a fast rate. At the time I came here wasn’t busy at all so I got my drink right away.
Good service and they have a drive-thru.
Also they have the Nitro infused espresso.
So if you’re up for something different give it a shot. Maybe even want to add a little vanilla cream.

Drive through line gets pretty long but moves quickly.
Inside gets pretty packed when an Orange Theory class let’s out, recommend going when class is in session if you plan to sit inside or get in/out fast.

HUGE shout out to Arapahoe Starbucks! I have always loved Starbucks tea and went in today excited about the new line of flavors. I was asking the employees about their favorite flavors and a sweet girl in tie-dye (wish I got her name) was quick to jump in and suggest a sample of each. She was so thoughtful in not only making a sample of each tea for me but also following up with my thoughts of each. After the samples she moved on to quickly make my drink- this employee made my day! I always have a good experience at this Starbucks and today blew my great expectations out of the water. Thanks for the uplifting attitude and kind heart- it goes far! Also- my lemon bread came in a bag with a sweet note- y’all are killing it!

I haven’t patronized Starbucks for a few years, mostly due to the cost, but I was recently given one of their gift cards so I decided to drive through this morning on my way to work. I ordered a Venti (20oz) Cappuccino with an extra shot of espresso. The paper cup I received felt very lightweight. I removed the lid and poured the contents into my waiting 24oz travel mug to discover it did not even come halfway to filling it. See the attached photo. This is ridiculous. It also tastes rather burnt and not the comforting rich flavor I was expecting. Wow.
