I’m so completely impressed with this Starbucks location!! Any time I’m in the drive thru and I hear Ian or Jared on the intercom, I know my day is off to a great start! They are both so conversational and upbeat and positive. I am also never disappointed by service or speed! It’s rare when a corporate chain makes me so happy every day. Thank you to this location for being AWESOME.

I usually order my drink ahead and just stop to pick it up in store because the drive up is usually pretty busy. I visited the day they were having their new holiday cup. I order the sugar cookie coffee and it delicious although really creamy due to the fact it’s a breve style.

I ordered a a drink on the app with toppings, included cinnamon and whip cream and sweetener. I paid $8 for a gross, bitter, plain cup of coffee that was half full. They don’t answer their phone. Don’t order here.

Such a shame I usually come here every morning all of a sudden, they want to treat me different and make me park while I’m in the drive through. So they say they can make my drink. I’m so astonished. This is not like starbucks when I asked why she says I don’t know.Let me get my manager all while 6 baristas are looking at me through the window, standing there. Is it that what the mobile app is for order ahead and pick up. Their customer service is lacking big time.

This miniature Starbucks has a lot of staff and seems to do a tremendous drive thru business. Inside it is very peaceful with just a few tables. There’s also a very small outside patio with four tables, facing the parking lot and very busy Wadsworth Boulevard.
The staff was friendly and helpful and the case was fully stocked with a wide variety of snacks and sandwiches. Everything was very clean. My drink was prepared efficiently.
The pleasant atmosphere was only marred by one employee who was doing absolutely nothing but annoying the rest of the staff in a very loud voice with a pointless story. I came here to relax, not to listen to a “nails on a chalkboard” voice spouting nonsense.

This is our “go-to” place for my partner and I to get breakfast on Sundays, catch up on talks, play games on our phones, plan our week, socialize with staff, and get our caffeine fix. We always sit at the same high top to table; it reminds me of F•R•I•E•N•D•S
Staff always treats us with respect, comes across as genuinely friendly, and their service is always top notch.
