Angelo’s Gourmet truly delivers an exceptional experience! My boss wanted to treat my colleague and me to lunch, and I suggested Angelo’s, knowing the quality of their food. They did not disappoint! From the moment I called in my order to the moment I picked it up, everything was seamless. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and efficient—constantly smiling and making sure my order was perfect.

Tried the chicken parm sandwich and I had high hopes but honestly it only took one bite and I set it aside. It wasn’t that it was bad, the sauce particularly I didn’t like. The chicken was cool as well as the mozzarella cheese, but I guess I just like my chicken parm a certain way. I also grabbed a steak and cheese. Now points for them giving u real steak, but It was kinda tough and it was overall a 3 out of 5. It was my first time visiting there and I tried something random. Would give go back and try other items.

Best pancakes and any breakfast you want! I don’t drink coffee but i heard it’s amazing and a blend of their own. Chicken cutlets are hands down the best I’ve ever had…and I’m Italian and I’ve had tons of chicken cutlets! You need to try this gem of a luncheonette if you are in the Essex county area!!
