I always come here to study. Always. I always see the staff very professional & polite. They always make me feel welcomed. The coffee & snacks are Great ! I Never had issues. I’ve made the mistake once to forget almond milk and they’ve never gave me issues to help me out. I love Jocelyn she’s the sweetest ! I always see her talk to people and make them smile. Simply her remembering my name showed her great customer service skills and recognition in her regulars. Great place ❤️.

I have been here a couple times, i don’t know how to order. I get a little nervous before thinking I’m going to annoy the employees with my million questions. Well lucky for me I have been helped by a young man named Alex. Answered my questions before i even asked them. Very patient and sweet, and extremely helpful with recommendations. Im happy when he’s there because I’m always greeted with a smile and the greatest customer service ever.

WOW this location at the fountains is super busy! Saw the long line in the drive-thru so I came inside instead. Only 2 people ahead of me…. but apparently they had a long line of online orders that they were working on. The crew was working quick and getting out orders. It took a little while to get my order but they were very friendly and apologized for the wait, even though it wasn’t really too long especially when watching how much work they were putting in.

The girl Vivian is currently taking orders through drive through, is really rude. I had never had an experience where an employee would speak to me with such an attitude. I thought Starbucks atmospheres with employees giving this type of service.
