I had a very disappointing experience at Hooters. The service was extremely slow and inattentive from the start. It felt like our table was forgotten multiple times throughout the meal.
The food quality was also below expectations. The wings were lukewarm, was told the medium sauce was now a dry rub that tastes buttery, yet the other person with me ordered medium sauce as a side and it came wet. Then I sent the wings back to be spun in a “orange color sauce” and the wings were gross. The side of sauce was thick and clumpy, not like a normal side. They now charge for celery @ .99 and ranch at .99. The best part of the meal was the celery. The fries tasted stale, like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality and freshness.
What really pushed the experience over the edge was waiting 30 minutes just to get my ticket so I could pay and leave. The employees all sat at a table at the end of the bar area, the manager had to help our server with the ticket, which was fine, but as she knew it had taken 30 minutes, she never even came by to talk to us about anything. Our drinks never did get refilled. I would understand had they been busy but there were only a hand full of guests in the restaurant. By that point, I was more than ready to go, but instead we were stuck waiting around with no urgency from the staff. It shouldn’t take half an hour just to close out a bill.
Overall, poor service, disappointing food, and an unacceptable wait time at the end. I won’t be returning.

Had a nice time and great food. Chelsea was such a nice server. Brought the drinks, took the order, brought the food, checked on the food – food was delicious. It was a great experience. I would highly recommend based on great service and food quality.

I have ordered from this hooters for years and I love their original wings with extra medium sauce that I always pay extra for and RARELY receive. Today they decided to make my wings plain with medium on the side, okay. However the medium sauce was curdled like spoiled milk & I had never seen it like this before. I was informed by the manager that they changed the sauce recipe and this is just how it is now. I’m super disappointed and grossed out. This food is already so over priced especially for the size of the wings they give. I hope they do better because I enjoy it the 1/10 times they actually get the order right.

$80 is a lot of money to spend for stuff to be wrong and missing. Wing sauce was not on the side, boneless wings weren’t sauced but the sauce wasn’t included at all. No cheese sauce either. Gone down hill.

Soon as I walked thru the door I could smell the hooters wing sauce.I order 6 wings mild bone in with a order of crab legs and it was on a Sunday.The crablegs was half off but only on Sundays.I been eating Hooters for about 12 years and they never disappointed me.The waitress was very nice and friendly.Shoutout Madison

The food was pretty good. My husband and I use to love going to Hooters for their fried pickles and wings, but life took hold (We have a son now and haven’t gotten a chance to go back until recently), and we kind of forgot about it over time. We decided to go to Hooters to celebrate for my younger brother and I order the Hooters Buffalo chicken sandwich. When it arrived, it was good, but they completely forgot to put the Buffalo Mild Sauce on it. So it was just a Crispy Chicken Sandwich with oil seasoning on top. The sandwich was good though even though it was missing the sauce. The fried pickles were just how I remembered it and the mozzarella sticks were okay (The mozzarella sticks could have been better, but can’t complain too much). The Waitress that we had was nice and she was very helpful in making sure our sons food came out first with our apps. Overall, I would recommend this place if you want to chill, and watch sports as you eat.

I order for food to be delivered. I ordered 10 breaded hot wings. What i got was 10regular breaded wings. It can’t be this hard to get it right. Food too expensive to end up being upset. Never again!! Good bye Hooter in Fairview heights I’ll. It’s only a matter of time before your doors close

The service has always been good here and the severs are friendly and attentive. The burgers are tasty and while the wings are over cooked far too often, the sauce definitely makes up for it. My issue is with the beer selection. About a month ago, the bartender informed me that Hooters was dropping their specialty beers (Lagunitas, Beer Hug, Sierra Nevada etc.) and will stick to only carrying mid beers such as Bud, Miller, Coors and some seasonal Sam Adams selections. Tonight, I noticed they no longer carry Dos Equis Ambar, Beer Hug and the Sierra Nevada beer they had and just ran out of Lagunitas. I don’t go to Hooters to just chomp on wings and prefer enjoying a tasty beer while watching sports. Since premium beer is being removed from the equation and drinking mid beer isn’t my business, there isn’t much of a reason to return. Maybe one day Hooters will carry some of the many fantastic local brewery selections in an attempt to re-attract premium beer consumers. Until then. there are many other restaurants that carry premium selection, while offering great food. Additionally, it would be nice if the staff played NFL and other big games over the speakers music as if were eating in a club. It’s a big ding on the atmosphere.

This restaurant is very well managed, the service from Nina at the bar exceeded my expectations when she quickly tuned the game I wanted to watch and the rest of the staff looks very focused on their duties.
