The physical location is great. Inside he chairs/tables are great to chill and enjoy your coffee. I’ve been coming for weeks now and you guys are always out of the brown sugar cold foam. Today I picked up my venti sized order and only half of the cup was full because y’all were out! The heck? Do better at keeping items in stock. Staff also looked and moved tired.

Staff was very slow! I order my coffee online through the app, upon arrival I told them my name for the order took them 4 minutes to confirm it, pulled forward waited behind a customer that was at pick up windows when I had arrived wait 10 mins for them to receive their order, pulled up to windows watched the 3 ladies working inside just walk around for 15 minutes while my order was sitting there ready the whole time. Only saw one customer in the store the entire time.

Came to Starbucks today thru the drive thru, wanted to order a cake pop and a large water .manger was working the drive thru. Line was long I waited 30-35 minutes in the line, finally got to the order speaker thing. She told me she couldn’t hear me so I just pulled to the front she said she couldn’t take my order. Which is fine but I really just needed a large water or even just a cup of ice, she refused to give me a cup of water, even when I explained politely that I been waiting in line for 30-35 minutes. She had no remorse at all told me I had to go inside and wait for it again. Really just needed a cup of water that I was going to pay for. Left the drive thru because she explained that she was the manager and I couldn’t do anything about it. Always had went to that Starbucks and never had an issue till I came in counter with this person. Horrible experience. Wasted time didn’t even get my order. Don’t recommend at all.

Extremely slow…None of the employees say hi or welcome you in, they take forever to even see what you need. My doordash orders is hidden behind the counter ready, however both associates have been ignoring me doing other tasks when they could simply hand me my order rather than make me wait

I just stopped going to this location because every time I would go they never have anything available!!! I don’t understand how this place still open?
Bagels are always never available….
Grilled cheese never really available….
Anything strawberry always unavailable.
Sometimes I wonder if they are unavailable or just employees being lazy ?
This location close to my house so it would be nice to be able to go get my favorite treats , buts that’s not the case .

Kiana and Nita at this location are the best! Kiana was the only barista and she was working her butt off! And Nita was working the drive and front by herself. Both very hard workers as they were the only ones working at this store!

Went to the drive through, waited in line for more than 15 mins. Everyone started leaving. And we did as well. No speaker welcome when we pulled up. Horrible service to have the whole line leave.
