This is my local Starbucks, so I order frequently out of convenience. But my goodness, the inconsistency of my same order is WILD. Some days it’ll be too sweet, other days extremely bitter. I don’t seem to have this problem at Cedar Park Starbucks or other locations as much. My drink has cold brew, so maybe it’s older at certain times before being refreshed? I don’t know what causes the variables, but it’s kind of a bummer. The bacon egg wrap sometimes is amazing and sometimes is old and stale, I know they don’t make that in house so I’m not as bothered. Staff is nice though, dive through is always quick (if you avoid the going-to-school/work rush), and inside is clean.

Ordered bacon, egg and Gouda breakfast sandwich this morning and a coffee. Stopped in the CVS parking lot to eat. Had zero bacon on it. Since these are pre made frozen microwaveable sandwiches I’m not sure how you don’t notice this. Might want to check your other sandwiches.

Entered our local Starbucks in Lago Vista today and wanted to grab the red holiday coffee cup but was informed by the very kind cashier that I missed the promotion by one day but recommended a similar item they had for sale. It’s a nice plastic coffee decanter that is reusable to keep the regular cups out of the landfill. I asked the cashier for a recommendation and she surprised me with the most delicious choice I have ever experienced at Starbucks. Praline and white mocha! Man, was it really great. The young lady that made the coffee was very nice, too. Overall, the store was nice, clean, well-stocked and pleasant in appearance. Will certainly be back and would highly recommend it to friends and family. Keep up the great work, ladies!

We’re vacationing here and my wife ordered coffee and I got the wrong size so the barista was so kind to remake for me free of charge.
Day 2 my wife sends me again to pick up her order, she ordered through the app and placed it at the wrong location. The barista was so nice to quickly make the order for me free of charge for the second time.

They need training on Americano prep. Have ordered and threw out twice. Mostly water even if extra shots added supposedly. Worst ever tasted, and have been to Starbucks at many locations.

I come here frequently for my white chocolate mocha lattes. Anthony & Jules are my favorite batistas- both boys are super friendly, sweet, they get my order right and always make me smile! I would absolutely give 5 stars for them. I had an issue with Corey the other day. He was extremely rude while taking my order & gave me a major attitude. I was shocked & disappointed by his nasty demeanor towards a customer!

The woman with long hair that was in a low pony tail that worked 9/22 around 4:30pm was so rude, I walked up to see if the 1 drink up there with a few people sitting down was mine and if I could see the name becuasw the name was facing away and she rudely told me that it’s NOT my drink and she’s the only one on bar and that it will be right up. Not wanting to argue because I understand how busy someone can be working by themselves I sat waiting for my drink. 20 minutes later go by and another guy who just got on shift at 5pm comes in and calls out the
