Wow! Food is fresh and delicious! Perfect quantity also. The place is super clean. Comfortable. The mandarin green tea is unsweet and delicious. Not to mention, they came around and gave us a fortune cookie dipped in chocolate sprinkles.

Had a wonderful lunch here today. The food was delicious (chicken fried rice bowl) and the portions were huge! Everything was super clean, including the restrooms. We appreciated the gentleman who took our order. He delivered it to our table and checked back to see how everything was. This was definitely an elevated experience from other Pei Wei restaurants we’ve visited.

Pleasantly surprised with Pei Wei. Food was spot on, quick service, clean atmosphere. The guys taking our order was not super friendly but everything else was great. Very impressed with the food.

My rating since my first visit has changed. To be honest, I really like pei wei and so want to give them a rave review, however I can’t. My first visit here was 5 stars to me. My friend and I shared the lettuce wraps, which were so on point it was everything I hoped for. The firecracker chicken was also very yummy with a slight crunch and a slight kick. It really hit the spot. However, I have since been back now 3 times. The firecracker chicken is still good. The Mongolian beef has a good flavor, but i have to question the quality or the origin of the meat as it’s very chewy, not at all like real beef. My son couldn’t eat it it was taking him forever to break it down before swallowing. Furthermore, I wasn’t the only one. The people next to me had it,and they didn’t finish it. I overheard him, say it took almost a whole minute to chew one piece, and she also mentioned its chewiness. Then my order today was the Thai basil chicken and an order of the wonton soup. The soup was just ok. I hoped for a little unami, but it had a lil sweetness to it that wasn’t so pleasing. The worst is the chicken, which I also have to wonder of origin. It had a slimy texture, it too was chewy in some parts, in my personal and professional opinion should not be the case. I suppose I will have to come here for ONLY the lettuce wraps and perhaps another order of the firecracker chicken. Mind you, i came here w high hopes and hungry, so sad. Happy eating y’all. Now, go get your grub on or not.

Ive never been to Pei Wei before. When I first went the other day the staff was very patient and understanding with I came in right before closing with a large order for my family. They made it quickly and got it done right when they closed! Today, I went in just for a quick lunch and it was the same great experience as last time. The only small issue I would mention is that the salmon has a similar texture to if a marshmallow and tofu had a baby… but besides that it was great!

Brand new and shiny. Staff are attentive, the bathrooms are clean, the floors are clean, and the food comes out HOT. This blows the grapevine location out of the water (their soda taps were dirty and the staff had obviously gone past their prime in enjoying customer service which I get but dang.) keep up this level of good and we will be in twice a week.
