On my sister’s birthday ( October 20th) we received unfriendly service. We asked for a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso WITH cold foam however they did not add it. We asked politely and we were met with silence. Also today we went again ( November 21)expecting better service however as you can tell by the picture we asked for no strawberry inclusion however yet again our order was incorrect. They take too long just to make mistakes. We waited approximately 5-7 minutes just for one drink. We will not be returning to this location anymore.

Tell me if it’s fair that you pay 7DLL for a coffee, and that it’s badly made and it’s just flavored water, this looks like the promotional photo, it’s not the first time that they give me something like that, (I bought this frappe at night for my wife) I gave myself counts 3 minutes later, I didn’t want to return when you’re on the highway (Or do you think I should keep quiet and enjoy it? )

The staff at this Starbucks location was unexpectedly rude during my visit. Instead of being welcoming or helpful, their attitude came across as dismissive and unprofessional. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks, and it definitely left a negative impression. Hoping the management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.

Drinks were great but you shouldn’t have someone at the window who doesn’t acknowledge the customers at all…. No hello, no thank you or goodbye and when it came time to pay just stuck the machine out window and said “SELECT A BUTTON” in a robotic voice without any eye contact. Very sad.

Product: I brought my own cup and ordered an iced late. The drink was mostly ice so only 4 stars.

The service was bad she couldn’t hear us my passage was trying to order when we got to window she said she was not taking order from us because we where being loud mind you I wasn’t being loud I just wanted her to hear us and we told her the order 7 times in the Uber driver this is unacceptable and I asked for a water cup and they didn’t Want to give to me And h they slammed the drive thru windows on. Starbucks always comes through when I need a quick pick-me-up. The service is fast and efficient, even during the morning rush. Mobile orders are usually ready right on time, and the baristas do a great job keeping the line moving without sacrificing quality.
My drinks are consistently made right, and I appreciate how the staff keeps things friendly while working at such a quick pace. It makes grabbing coffee on the go super convenient.

Stay away from this branch. Walked in to get a bagel and the one in the glass on the counter had flies (at least 4) bugging around it. To associate and all they said was that it was for display and the one I will get comes from somewhere else. How is it this one supposed to make me buy and in a glass like this? So disgusted I had to walk out. Gave me serious concerns for food safety and hygiene in this place.
