This location is one that I frequent and have for years. I usually go here or to the one down the road by Marshall’s. But lately I’ve been coming to this one more and more. Not that there was ever anything negative to say about this location but the last year they’ve really been even better. However, the last 4 interactions I’ve had here I’ve really been blown away by the customer service. Two times I had smallish issues and they went above and beyond to fix them. They did more than needed and it really came at a good time as both of those days had been really rough for me and they had no idea. Their kindness and positive attitude is always delightful as well. My (5yr old) daughter is almost always with me and they’re so sweet to her and give her a pup cup. I really hope management knows how good their employees are here because the customers notice

Easy access off the highway….BUT FYI …pay attention on access to the drive thru. It’s in a shopping complex that’s congested at meal times (in front of chick fil a). The drive thru is at the back of the building. Try to go in front of the Starbucks and go around to the back to the drive thru…..or if you enter the shopping center in front of natural grocers….you’ll see the drive thru from there. Great service! All the goods of all the Starbucks….tho they don’t have the new clover machine but will at some point. Still a great spot to get hot coffee! Great service!

I went to pick up my mobile order, which I get every day, and I have never had an issue with my drink until today. The drive-thru employee working at approximately 7:25 a.m., a short, dark-haired woman, handed me a small drink even though I had ordered and paid for a venti.
When I told her that I ordered a venti, she argued with me, saying she didn’t know what size I ordered… if on the drink it says what size it is then she must be new…..and continued trying to give me rude attitude. I explained that I always order this drink, it is always made correctly, and that I had paid for the venti size. When I showed her my mobile order confirming the size, she shut the drive-thru window in my face. A moment later, she handed me the correct venti cup, and when I said thank you, she rolled her eyes.
This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. It made an otherwise simple daily visit extremely unpleasant.

The barista was very polite, greeting me when I walked in. When I headed toward the pick-up area, I was asked my name and told my drink was in process. When I received my Pink Drink and Strawberry Acai Refresher, they tasted great.
The store was clean. The baristas were working well together.

Most of the time my experience has been mid here overall. I waited to post a review but I went mid day today and Darci handed me my drink in the drive thru. Darci was super kind both at the box and the window. And whoever was the barista making the drink absolutely killed it. Great experience overall. Friendly, quick, AND made an amazing drink. Hard to hit all those marks at a starbucks nowadays. Thank yall!

First we went through the drive through and the lady was very nice. But the coffee we got was kind of burnt-tasting so we returned it. So we went inside and second employee was very nice as well and gave us replacement cups which were both delicious. She also refilled my daughter’s milk for no charge. Great customer service. Will definitely go back to this location again.
