I would like to start by saying that I am a graduating high school student, and money doesn’t come easy. I was fortunate enough to be given a gift card and was looking forward to using it at this location. I took a friend with me last Thursday morning for a birthday treat on me and ordered the Iced Peach Green Tea with 4 pumps of syrup, a breakfast item, and the Cannon Ball Drink, in a Venti size. When we got our drinks I could tell just by looking at them that they were wrong. The Peach Green Tea that I ordered had no syrup that I paid extra for and no peach whatsoever, and the Cannon Ball Drink had no Mango Dragonfruit at all. It was just strawberry. I had put a straw in my tea when I tasted it the first time. I took it up to the same guy that helped me when I ordered and told him that I thought that it was regular Green Tea with no syrup, and he took it back to “remake” it. Not even 30 seconds later I hear my name get called to pick up my tea. I walk over to the pickup and it was still wrong. It was the same drink I had handed him, just with the straw removed. They did not remake it. The was no peach and no syrup that I asked for. Unfortunately I was running low on time, and couldn’t ask them to remake it AGAIN. I paid $15 dollars for this entire order that had 2/3 of the items wrong and wasted my gift card and my time at this location.

I’ve been coming here for about three years and have seen the full range of ups and downs that come with any busy location. Over the last few months, though, I’ve noticed a major positive shift. There are many new faces, and everyone has been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The team genuinely seems happy to be at work, and the service has been consistently fast and courteous. Whether it’s a change in leadership or team culture, it’s clearly making a difference. Keep up the great work!

If I could give no stars I would. Manager (lady) on duty was very rude and yelled out loud so everyone heard her, that I probably placed the mobile order under a different location. She has no people skills and we won’t return to this place. The young man behind the counter also lacks people skills and couldn’t even tell us when my husband’s coffee was ready. It was hidden behind other things. When my husband asked if it was his coffee, he said he didn’t know. My coffee got cold while we waited for his. Just an overall bad experience.

This location is Always Fast in Service. It is a Walk in, NO DRIVE THRU. The Staff is Amazing and always full of Smiles and Kindness. The deserts are delicious. The Tea is also made to Perfection. There is a Really nice relaxing sitting area outside, with plenty of room to enjoy your Coffee or Tea. A Variety of Breakfast sandwiches to choose. Great food and desserts in plain View to pick from. Also Coffee displayed for gifts or just to take home and enjoy.

one of the managers is extremely unprofessional… When I walked in to pick up my mobile order I noticed my coffee looked AND tasted like it was missing something. I told the manager and she looked at me and said “ok… I mean.. what’s missing? I didn’t make your drink so I don’t know.” as if i’m supposed to know why they messed up my drink. It was as if she was annoyed at what I had to say. Very disappointed as an everyday customer. my order is attached in case anyone can help.

Empty eatery and not a single clean table. Ice chunks in my beverages were huge and uneven. For one of the items i requested light ice and my cup had more ice than the regular portion. Pastries were overcooked and smelled like sausage (they warmed my sweet pastry with someone’s sandwich at the same time!). The restroom was filthy. Employees not friendly.

Wow! I love having coffee in a hot mug… And for the first time ever at a Starbucks, I was asked if I wanted my coffee for here or to go. (Somehow, I just feel it’s snobbish to ask for the mug, but if I’m asked, I feel free to opt for it..) I will be back! Thank you!

Poorly managed, especially during the morning rush — the busiest time for service. Many patrons waited over 15 minutes without any acknowledgment (though “certain” patrons seemed to get it). The atmosphere was far from welcoming or friendly, with visible attitude, annoyance, and rudeness from the slow-moving drink maker. There was no direction on where to pick up orders and no management of the wait area. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store.
