What a nice treat! Great little Italian ice shop that also serves coffee, pastries, and snacks here near UMSL! It’s exciting to have a shop like this that is so unique and provides a delicious and refreshing treat during the hot summer heat.
The Italian ice is velvety smooth and delicious and It is also gluten free, vegan, and has less sugar to snow cones or ice cream, whilst still being refreshing and very resilient against the summer heat. Really delicious and the owner has a variety of flavors from mango, to 50/50 which is like an orange creamsicle, strawberry banana, and more! Check this store out, the owner is an amazing lady and she is definitely filling a need.

We experienced their Italian ice at the Taste of St. Louis!!! We had to get seconds it was so good. They were serving out of a good truck and the two people working were very nice. We have never been to the store but after that taste, we plan to stop by one day.
