I’ve been a regular for over 15 years at other locations. Rarely use the drive thru because I enjoy the morning greetings. Even on the rare days where I’m not ready to own the day, smiles, quick chats, excellent service, and my coffee/breakfast make it so much better. This location is my favorite.

I would not recommend coming to this Starbucks in the evening if you are trying to get work done or study as the individuals working are extremely loud and make it impossible to focus. They’re blasting pop music and actively yelling and laughing OVER the music. Not even my noise cancelling headphones could block out the volume of the music, or one particular employee’s obnoxious laugh (blue hair). I have come in the morning and it was a much more enjoyable experience. The latte I got was delicious, but management needs to have a conversation with the staff about their professionalism and maintaining the calm, professional ambiance Starbucks are supposed to have when visiting inside. Typical night shift behavior, unfortunately.

Barista with dyed red hair and a shift lead apron was not wiping down milk frother wand in between drinks! Not even between drinks with diary milks or alternative milks. This is not to standard and super gross not to mention unsafe!

I’ve never felt more dehumanized by a company than I did at this Starbucks. This happened on October 29th, 2025, at approximately 7PM.
This year, after struggling with my weight and health for most of my life, I committed to turning things around. I’ve been pushing myself to go to the gym regularly, and on this particular day I pushed myself a little too hard. I left the gym dizzy, seeing black spots, and desperately needed water. My Stanley cup was empty, and the closest open place was this Starbucks.
I thought surely they would understand; water is the very thing that sustains all life. I even expected to pay a small fee for the cup if needed, because I’ve worked in food service and know how those policies go. Instead, I was flatly refused. In my shaky state I begged, “I literally just need a sip, I’ll take it in a teacup, I just need WATER!!!.” They sent me to the window, and when I got there, the experience went from disappointing to downright insulting. The barista shoved her head out of the window, with the tall cup of water in hand, and got uncomfortably close to my face. She was extremely rude, speaking bluntly and harshly as she repeated, “Moving forward we will NOT be able to provide you with water without a purchase.” You’d think I was asking for an overly complicated drink, either way she seemed way too inconvenienced to pour water in a cup. She went on and on with her little rant, making it painfully obvious she had no intention of showing even the smallest amount of kindness. Mid-rant I cut her off and said, “Thank you for your human courtesy,” before driving away. I did not deserve to be spoken to like that, especially in a moment where I was visibly struggling. Her tone was ugly, her attitude dismissive, and the entire interaction left me feeling small and disrespected. What makes this worse is that at this same location, on another day, they had no problem refilling my personal water bottle. Other Starbucks locations have never denied me water either. But today, this store chose corporate greed and rigid policy over basic human decency.
I have never in my life been refused water at any restaurant or fast-food chain. To be treated this way for requesting something so essential was humiliating, dangerous, and inhumane. Starbucks showed me exactly who they are: a multimillion-dollar company whose values apparently leave no room for compassion. Beyond disappointed.

This is a beautiful location, the store is clean and has a great atmosphere and feel. If I hadn’t been on the road and in a hurry I would’ve enjoyed dining inside. Plenty of places to sit and a great view through all the large windows. They have board games available, and it seems a really chill place to hang out. My coffee was piping hot, and very good and the staff seemed friendly.

The customer service has not changed despite what the CEO wants. The staff talks to each other not at all wanting to be bothered by clients. Prices still need to be slightly lowered instead of watering down the coffee . They should focus on what socioeconomic status most of their clients are ; and would think most are being stretched thin.

Went around 520ish, customer service was horrendous.
Rude & just a very negative vibe.
Male didn’t finish taking my drive through order. Female who was at window answered her phone in the middle of our conversation.
Just not sure what is going on- I figured it was just a bad day for them but looking at all the other reviews it’s just poor customer service.
I will stick to my online ordering & seeing the friendly faces at the Starbucks a few miles down the road by the Veterans park!

Parking can be a challenge here. Drive-thru customers are often forced to block parking spots so they don’t have to get out of their car. It’s just a poor setup for efficient in and out. Service is great and coffees are tasty…if you can get in.

*Updated*

Crazy long line but it went crazy fast and customer service was on point.

Update #1 lol I got the wrong drink which wouldn’t be a big deal but it’s sugar on sugar on sugar and I drink mine black.

Update #2 it’s been a journey I went back after all bc I only had two sips (not cool if you drink half and ask for a redo) it was just too sweet for me. They were super nice about making my iced latte – it’s delicious btw and tastes like coffee.

Overall it was a funny experience (my cousin was on the phone when I realized I had the wrong drink and debated going back so we got a good laugh) my two cents: I will be back and I’ll double check my order. It’s a fairly new store being bombarded with customers, mix-ups are bound to happen! Check your drink before you make it to the mall like me or wherever you’re going ☕
