Tried earning my 70 stars ….but the wonderful people who run Starbucks decides now if I choose to use their WIFI I have to sign in with information in I no longer have or remember. Sweet way to screw people out of their rewards points. Your location is terrible, I Hate going there. I was there days ago, ordered my first qualifying drink for $7 and didn’t have this issue what is with the inconsistency?! Starbucks is truly a company that hates its customers.

I came in on Friday to use my 400+ stars. I didn’t know what they were worth from a cash standpoint. I asked the person at the register and she stated $20. I then went back to look at the products only to see most didn’t have prices. I went back to the register and asked how much the coffee beans were and was told $13. I asked if I could get two bags and pay the difference. She stated yes. I got my two bags and went back to pay. She scanned my app and said I had to pay full price for the 2nd bag. I told her I just asked this and she said “well, I don’t know what to say.” I ended up just paying for it as there were people behind me. What a waste of my stars!

Unusual they out of my coffee flavor and today even worse guy or girl I don’t know more concerning trying to talk with a lisp. Could not hear my order made wrong size didn’t know which temp I asked for then asked if if I’d like use points I agree then charges me anyways. 5am just need coffee and people have bad skills. Management needs to do random drive through stops qnd get problems fixed. 8 bucks for coffee and you leave more activated tgen when you came wanting a good cup of coffee. Disappointed

I have to say every single time I order coffee from the Starbucks it is disgusting. I don’t know if they clean their espresso machine machines I don’t know why they’re almond milk taste like water. It definitely is a hindrance because I live right down the street and I never wanna stop at the Starbucks, But I tried again today and my coffee is disgusting. I order a quad shot latte and it tastes like water every single time and I do not have this problem with any other Starbucks.

I ordered ahead to grab breakfast before work and while my sandwich was ready, my drink was not. But they made it fresh right away even with a line of drinks waiting. This Starbucks is a lot easier to stop at in Lake Geneva because of the location. Easy and free parking!

I ordered a piece of banana. It was sitting in the display. After waiting over ten minutes I was told it was sold to a drive through order. The service was mind-boggling slow and rude. I will never go to this or any other Starbucks again.

This location takes an extraordinarily long time for orders through their drive thru. Expect to wait in a line you can’t escape for about 20-30 minutes.

I’m very disappointed with the Starbucks in Lake Geneva. My wife orders a shaken espresso every single time we visit, and almost every time they are out of it. It’s frustrating and doesn’t make sense—if this drink is clearly in high demand, why not keep enough supplies on hand to accommodate customers? This has been a repeated issue, and it leaves us very unhappy with this location.
