Today I came to this Starbucks location and several things went wrong. It took more than 25 minutes to get my drink even though I was the only customer inside the store. They were serving all the drive-thru orders first.
When I finally received my drink, it was made incorrectly. I told the employee it was wrong and it took even more time to remake it. The second time, it was still incorrect .
I like Starbucks, but this time I didn’t have a good experience. My cup didn’t have a label, so I couldn’t even verify that it was actually what I ordered.

Just wanted to leave a quick review for this Starbucks location, especially the lady who served my coffee. She writes little messages on the cups, and those small touches really adds a good feeling to the coffee experience. I also love being able to get fresh dark coffee anytime with the Clover machines. I stopped on my way home from Christmas and was surprised by the friendly service.
Getting in the store is a little tricky due to the construction. But I’m sure that will pass.
I wanted a dark coffee. But for some reason the machine wasn’t working. The person helping me was very accommodating and promised to make me anything I wanted for the same price. The tough thing is I wanted a black dark roast coffee.
I ended up with a cafe Americano – which doesn’t taste like a dark roast coffee.
It was a nice stop. And I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff.

Today was a slow dragging day for this location. I waited in the drive through line for over 30mins for one coffee. Before I got in the line I went to McDonalds which is in the same parking lot, got into the Starbucks line and ate my whole breakfast sandwich before I could even order my coffee. The guy taking the orders had NOT one ounce of friendly customer service engagement. There was no sorry for the wait or Thank you for waiting. I don’t know what is wrong today but this isn’t my usual Starbucks customer service!

Shoutout to the barista who wrote these cute personalized notes on the cups this morning. I don’t normally go to Starbucks, but my favorite local coffee shop closed down recently, and I was super bummed about it. The little handwritten notes really brightened my day

Pamela and I we decided to retire and move into a RV full time. We visit many restsurants and coffee shops and always leave reviews. The staff at this location is very friendly, it is nice place to sit down to do some internet work. The caramel frapucino is good I just forgot how sweet it is. I wish it had about 50% less sugars. The sugar level is just a suggestion I still rate 5 stars.

Every time I come here the service is slow and the chances of getting my drink made correctly is always a 50/50. The workers are constantly yapping on the headsets and take a while to acknowledge you while you’re waiting at the register. Unfortunately, I won’t will be coming here anymore and will be spending my money at a store where consistency matters and I feel valued as a customer.
This location was great a couple of years ago but has spiraled down tremendously.
