Firstly I was unaware that when you place an online order it does not get made until you arive at the window. I accidentally arrived 5 mins past 10:30 (end of breakfast) and was told I could no longer recieve my breakfast order as they had transferred to lunch. We were then offered to get our coffees still, and we accepted. As we got to the second window we were again confronted they couldnt do our order, which we stated we were only supposed to get our coffees. The young blonde looked confused, so we just said we will take the whole refund instead since we had already planned to get breakfast elsewhere. The girl then looked at us blankly and stated “then bye” and told us the whole thing would be refunded. Proceeded to slam the drive thru window closed and turn to complain and be frustrated throwing her hands up with her coworkers standing beside her. Very rude and unprofessional, not a good experience after already being told we could recieve our whole order. I also question why the full order was proceeded through the system, if we were only to recieve the coffees. Makes me question if they were trying to collect the money of the whole order but only giving us the coffees. Makes me uncomfortable and makes them see untrustworthy and not nice people. Ive never had issues with the crew at night.

Ordered a burger and have to wait well over five minutes. What the heck happened to fast food. This place is going downhill fast but hey they should be offering refunds instead of saying there customarily line “can you pull ahead” they should be offering refunds. The young lady stands in the corner playing on their cell phone and they even had pizza delivered. Doesn’t say much for the food that they serve.

Got a big Mac with one patty, looks like it was just slapped together. Monopoly stickers only got 3 on 2 large meals. One fry had a sticker the other didn’t. They were training in the drive thru…she was way overwhelmed and had that look of distress on her face.

My wife and I went thru the drive thru yesterday around 5:30pm. Now before I say what I am going to say. We have gone there at least 3 times a week for our kids. Every single time we go thru the drive thru. We get told to park and we have waited and waited for our food. We end up always going inside to get our cold food. Because they have forgotten to bring it out to us. I am disabled person that can’t go into the store easy. It takes a lot out of me to do this. Now back to yesterday we were at the window and they said the same thing to us. So I. Told them that I don’t want to park and I would wait for my food at the window. The girl at the window told me to shut up and told me that she would have the supervisor come talk to me. So she did that. Now the supervisor person told me to move. This supervisor told me this and I said the same thing to me. Told me if I don’t move she would call the cops on me. So I ended up moving. The cops have more important issues to take of then me a person that has been living here in Rutland Vermont my whole life that has worked in the hospital feild for over 20 years. Never caused any issues with any one my whole life. I feel sick to my stomach that she would do something like that to a very good person. She told me that she would put a order of no no press passing on me. I feel like she is trying to bully a up right citizen of this city. I would really like a apology from this supervisor. I am a disabled person that was just trying to get his kids dinner !!!!!!! Thanks Matt Lacross

Unseasoned sad fries and this dilapidated sandwich. No one at the counter to provide sauces or napkins for a to go order. The store remodeled to the new standard of blandness.

It was a typical McDonald’s trip through the drive thru. Fries were pretty cold and the McCrispy patty was thin and way over fried as a result.

I placed a mobile order before 10:30am, and was stuck in the drive thru line passed breakfast time and they would not honor my order. I had to cancel the order and there was a 10 minute wait on any other food. Absolutely ridiculous.

Impressive service. Quick and Friendly. This McDonalds is clearly well run. As a delivery driver in the area I frequently visit this location and other restaurants in Rutland. The staff is always impressive at both this and the Main Street location. I believe the negative reviews are most likely the result of prime time shopping when they can fall off their game a bit, but otherwise this is a top location with consistently great service.
