This is a great place to grab a coffee while you’re shopping in this beautiful shopping center. Service in she is very friendly and even though that there is a bunch of people that they are trying to get a coffee everything is kept in nice and clean. If you think to grab a coffee do not even hesitate to go there and you will be not disappointed. Well recommended place.

What says family bonding like a day at the mall? The Woodlands is lucky enough to still have a mall that is full of life and two stories of a wide variety of stores. I love to go here.
While shopping and the kids screaming and the credit cards racking up, just head on over to this location on the bottom floor and sooth yourself with a hot coffee. ☕️
Don’t let the line scare you because these baristas know what they are doing and you will have your drink in hand in no time to be able to tackle the stores again.
I recommend the chocolate croissant as well.

I work here at the Woodlands mall and grabbing a coffee before my shift is a part of my routine!! Kaya and Oliver were super sweet. I got a hazelnut shaken espresso with salted caramel cold foam and it’s THE BEST THING EVER. It was their first time making it and my first time trying it so it was something new for everyone. They even left me a little note which was really sweet! Safe to say that even on a gloomy day my day was still made. ❤️

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer, and my rewards in the app remain full because of my frequent visits. Today, after purchasing a latte, my son asked if he could have a cup of water. I instructed him to return to the store and ask for a cup of water while I went shopping a few stores down. When he returned, he informed the counter employee that they refused to give him water. I walked back down there a short while later and asked the female employee about the issue. To my surprise, they explained that they no longer provide water unless a purchase is made. I explained that I had already made a purchase However, the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employee was unacceptable to me. I will never return to this Starbucks location and will delete the Starbucks app from my phone. Dose Coffee has become my new favorite beverage.

Customer service was awful, but I guess that’s The Woodlands for you. No one was in line, and my husband, daughter, and I were waiting for someone to take our order. Two young ladies walked up and the batista began taking their order. I guess if you don’t look a certain way, they don’t give two cares about you.

The staff was polite. Slow service not enough staff, the employees were all busy. The bathroom was very dirty. After looking around the entire store was dirty. Not just messy it was dirty.

On November 14 came in to grab a snack. It wasn’t busy at all. 4 people were behind the counter and nobody at the register! I asked if anybody around who can check me out, girl named Serein said “it’s me” and kept doing her stuff and left me waiting. Eventually another girl Melissa took my order. Poor customer service at this location.
