I just have to say — the Starbucks in Livingston, Texas has the absolute BEST service I have ever experienced at any Starbucks anywhere! From the moment you walk in, or drive through, they make you feel like family. Every single employee is friendly, sweet, and genuinely kind. It’s not just customer service — it’s real hospitality.
They remember faces, and your name, they smile, they take their time, and you can tell they truly care about the people they serve. It’s such a refreshing feeling walking into a place where you feel welcomed and appreciated every time.
And the drinks? Always perfect. Always made just right. No matter what I order, it’s consistently the best. You can tell they put love into what they do.
Hands down, this is the best Starbucks ever. Livingston, y’all are doing it right!

I went in today to get my daughter and I a coffee. First barista that took my order was very kind and respectful. The other two baristas were short and rude. I work in the food industry so i understand being overwhelmed. After the woman who ordered after me received her drinks I had already been sitting there for 15 minutes with only two other guests in the sitting area. I was asked if I was waiting for anything , I replied yes and gave them my name. The guy was short and said oh well I don’t see your ticket. I’m confused at this point. A few minutes later I hear my name and there is only one drink. I am still calm and understanding at this point. Only when I told him I am waiting on one more drink did the short attitude come out. He tells me well it will be out when it’s out. I replied do you know what else was on my ticket? The female working behind him says in a rude tone “ I know what it is ok” as her back is turned. I was shocked. I have never had this kind of experience with any employees at this location. I thanked the employees and left the store. Like I said i understand being overwhelmed but the disrespect and attitude was very uncalled for. I am beyond disappointed.

The staff at this location was not friendly, except for a young lady who came from the back to take my order. I waited 4 minutes to be acknowledged, but she was kind and helpful. However, the heavier set barista seemed overwhelmed and did not make any eye contact.
My order took a total of 10 minutes to complete. The two drinks arrived after 5 minutes, but my cinnamon coffee cake took an additional 10 minutes. I didn’t understand why it took so long since the cake didn’t need to be baked.
After waiting for 7 minutes, I approached the counter to inquire about the coffee cake. The guy barista replied rudely, “It will come out, don’t worry,” instead of apologizing and checking on the status. I am very disappointed with this location.

I’m glad that there’s Starbucks now in the Lake Livingston area. I’m being basic, but when you’re away from a big city and still need my caffeine addiction fed, I would take Starbucks any time of the day. This place gets a lot of business, and they’re super busy. I have never had any bad experience ordering my drinks here, and I’ve been here plenty of times. I either stay in the coffee shop to do my work or order coffee through the drive-thru. The staff are nice and attentive to my orders, too!
If you stay in the shop to study or work, this place is passable with its ambiance. There are plenty of seating areas and wall outlets for charging your electronics.

I’m so glad we have a Starbucks in corrigan Texas now ..I love the lemon loaf and a breakfast sandwich called the impossible sandwich….it’s low calorie…but it’s good ..the sandwich not the cake ..lol

Update Oct. 2025. New sugar free iced and hot coffee and teas, such as Matcha, vanilla, and pumpkin lattes and teas. I got both matcha tea and vanilla latte, with a scoop of protein. Both were excellent! Hubs loves the pecan crunch coffee.
I’m trying the pumpkin next but the iced vanilla latte was delicious as the coffee was strong and perfectly paired with both vanilla, and the protein didn’t foul up the taste or texture.
