Good place for a quick bite of comfort food or coffee. Staff is usually friendly and reasonably competent. The more nutritious foods aren’t very appealing. Most of these stores have working restrooms.

I went into this Dunkin when it was insanely packed, and despite how busy it was, there was only one employee working who was clearly trying her best to keep up with orders. Instead of helping or supporting her, the manager came out of nowhere and started yelling at her in front of customers, then told her to go home while she was literally the only one working. It was uncomfortable to watch and extremely unprofessional. No employee should be treated like that, especially when they’re working hard under pressure. Management like this is unacceptable and needs serious improvement.

This place fills me with anger. I asked for hot chocolate they do the audacity and they freaked my order up and they put coffee instead of hot chocolate. They clearly didn’t read the label. So now I have to eat my breakfast dry now because I have nothing to drink It’s quite annoying They’re trying to kill people what if somebody has a allergy and they messed up the order and somebody drinks it they’re gonna sue them they got the order right the past few time, but this is the only time they messed up

I was shocked by how loud and disrespectful the manager was during a very busy time. Instead of handling the situation calmly or helping her employee, she chose to raise her voice and speak in a demeaning way in front of customers.. That kind of behavior has no place in a customer facing environment. She needs to be FIRED!

I only got delivery and drive through a few times from this place whilst I was staying near by.
One of the best coffees I have ever had. No wonder there is so much hype around DUNKIN’.
As a Brit, this was our first encounter during our trip, and it didn’t disappoint.
The drive through staff were perfect. And when we got delivery it came in perfect shape.

God bless service workers! At this location, just make sure if you order through the app that you get everything from the order. I don’t think its malicious or purposeful in any way but 9 times out of 10 when I use tge app to order ahead they always have the drinks ready but I usually have to ask for the food items from the order. Something about their system, maybe? Idk. Just make sure you check what you got versus what you ordered through the app.
