I was the only customer at the counter, so of course service was excellent. Ordered a grande cappuccino with heavy cream and five Stevia poured in. I always like the style of art and music inside a Starbucks, kind of hipster. There were five customers inside and several outside present.
Took quite a while for my coffee to be ready? Not sure why, maybe the drive through? No, there was only a car there every few minutes.
When it did come out, there was no sleeve on it and it was pretty dang hot. The cup also felt sticky. I’m not sure why.
The staff seem kind of bored and not happy to be at work. None of them made eye contact the whole time I was there.
Did my coffee taste good, yes. Could the people who work here use some enthusiasm and personality, yes as well. Hence only three stars.

Passing through stopped in right before closing for a cup of coffee and a lemon pound cake. Very nice and welcoming service. I was in and out less than 5 minutes.

✨ Just wanted to write about how I go to this Starbucks often. They are AMAZING. All of the workers are friendly and kind to me. They also draw or write on my food/drinks. It’s so cute and adorable it makes my day better. Thank you for putting that extra love into people’s day, it really helps. The food is always delicious and the drinks are yummy. Since where I’m currently staying doesn’t have wifi I’m here almost every day editing photos and videos on my laptop and I am always welcomed when I walk in, my order is always made perfectly and promptly. My only complaint is a nitpick – if only they had more outlets so if someone is sitting at my normal table I won’t have to worry about my laptop dying. The staff are very friendly and seem to be enjoying themselves which adds to the calming atmosphere. It’s a great place for me to get some work done.

I’ve been here lots of times already. There’s been up and down. But when there’s a messed up, they are gladly happy to fix it. For example, I wanted to use my birthday reward, well she accidentally charged me for the drink. And I understand they are new and still learning. Sometimes, mistakes have to be made in order to know the process to fix it. Overall staff is great and friendly. Honestly, now that we have a starbucks in town, I spend more on coffee. I normally ordered venti white chocolate mocha with an extra shot of expresso added to it. I love the taste of coffee.

Starbucks standard sizes are small medium and large that is Tall Grande Venti.
Such stupid server that when I asked her small she gave me kids 8oz.
I said small not kids.
Corporate should look at their training.
