Not really a review, just letting you guys know your hours online say 4:30am but the doors were locked today at 4:45am and the employee said they don’t open for another 20 minutes. Please change the online hours to reflect that you open at 5:05am. Like I said not a big deal just thought you guys would want accurate hours posted.

There’s one girl that works here, blonde older woman and she needs to be fired. I placed a mobile order at 12:05 PM and I went in the line at 12:10 because that’s what time my app said it would be ready. When I said I had a mobile order she said I needed to go park and that it’s not ready yet so I wait until 10 minutes later and I went back around and she said it still wasn’t ready so I needed to go park again so I wait another 10 minutes at this point. It has been like 40 minutes and I go back around again and it’s a different girl at the speaker. She said it was ready so I went in the line like normal and got my drink and it was made completely wrong so I went inside and asked for it to be remade and she pretty much said no it was the same girl from the first time I went through the drive-through. She was very rude and pretty much refused to remake my drink and caused a whole problem over it when i was nice about it this whole time. so i waited 40 minutes for my mobile order just for it to taste like shit

This is such a positive environment! As soon as I walked in, Delaney greeted me with a smile and was more than helpful! I wasn’t sure what I really wanted. She went above and beyond to explain different products that I might desire. She asked me questions to get to know me better on what I might like. She made me feel special and right at home. Delaney is a true asset to Starbucks. This particular location has a happy and friendly environment. Great job Delaney and the other baristas!!

I just want to shout out to Coby who took our order and served us in the drive through. He was so very nice and friendly in conversation. Asked us about our weekend and made our experience very nice while waiting for our drinks. Kudos for a great attitude. It makes a difference!

The sweetest person named Kaelynn was visiting this store and I wasn’t very clear on my order and she was so patient and kind about the whole thing and after I had mentioned it was incorrect she made sure to double check everything was right the second time and was just such a delight and didn’t get upset or frustrated and just kept smiling the whole time it’s so easy to get discouraged

Out of all the 21 States I’ve worked in, this Starbucks is by far the best one… hands down. I’ve been to a lot of Starbucks across the country too…including Airport Starbucks. This Starbucks is always clean behind the counters, consistent with getting orders out on time & clean bathrooms. The employees here are outstanding and are really hospitable. My drinks have always been great regardless of who made it and never had to ask for my drinks to be remade. This Starbucks should set the standard for other Starbucks and I’m being serious. Management is on point here. Thank you all for the amazing drinks and welcoming environment.

Here is my issue. I went inside to place an order for dark roast coffee. The only one they had was a Sumatra. So I asked for a grande Americano. I’d also purchased a bag of Christmas blend coffee. After 5 to 6 minutes and being the only one inside that had placed an order, I went up to the counter and asked how much longer on my Americano. She replied let me check and there were some other staff member there who said we’ve had a lot of mobile orders come in before yours. Mine wasn’t a mobile order I ordered at the cashier. And that is ridiculous. That is why Starbucks is losing money because of poor customer service. I should not have to wait six minutes or longer for an Americano coffee. I don’t care that other mobile orders had been placed before mine. I was right there. I didn’t order anything else except a bag of Christmas blend coffee.
