I have been a customer at the Sanger Starbucks since they opened. You’ve got some of the sweetest people working here. As with any fast food/drink chain, accidents happen, but they are always willing to fix their mistake. I come here one to two times a week and occasionally for monthly meetings. The bathrooms are always clean, the staff is always friendly. I’m not a super regular customer by any means because I’m not coming daily. But Matthew always remembers my name and my order. As a former Starbucks barista from 20 years ago, I am always sure to treat my baristas kindly, tip, and remember that they are people too. Current construction makes accessing Starbucks a little bit difficult, but that’s not the company’s fault. Be nice to your barista! This location has always been super nice.

The employees at this Starbucks go beyond a smile and positive coffee cup note. They are humorous conversationalists, speedy and accurate (most times predictive) with orders, and rival any local coffee shop when it comes to atmosphere. Stopped over here while driving back to dallas from winstar and due to construction traffic was mess and I realized parking lots are not designed such a way that you can drive from one business to another .. for example if you are at the gas station and then wants to go to starbucks to grab coffee.. you will have to get into traffic before you can get in parking lot of starbucks.. why do not folks design the parking lots of business connected to each other if possible..
