If you need an afternoon pick me up coffee delivered, don’t use this location. This is my third time to have drinks made wrong and then delivered to me from this location. Today’s order was supposed to be an iced coffee but I received a hot coffee. Just super disappointed and decided to finally rate this location. NOTE: This was NOT the delivery person’s fault.

Ever since this Starbucks opened, they have never once gotten my drink right. I’ve tried multiple times thinking it would improve, but every visit is disappointing. From the Strawberry Açaí Refresher to the Nitro Cold Brew and the Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso — every drink tastes off or is made incorrectly. Compared to other Starbucks locations, the quality here is terrible. Really frustrating to keep paying for drinks that are consistently wrong.

After a rough day, her genuine warmth made a significant difference in my experience. When I pulled up the parking lot was empty and so was drive thru. Still I was asked to hold before ordering. No problem. After several minutes I placed my order for 2 venti drinks. When I got to the window I noticed my drink was a grande and mentioned it to the barista. She said “I have it as a grande.” I said oh, no, I ordered a Venti.” She stared at me and slow blinked for an awkwardly long time then closed the window. I was in a hurry so I just left. On top of that, I asked for light ice, the cup said light ice, but it was 3/4 full of ice with very little liquid. My teenage daughter agreed I definitely said “venti” and that the drink was full of ice. Horrible service! No offer to remedy the situation at all. Avoid this location!

Such a great experience! The staff make this place so warm and inviting. The service was amazing, it took no more than a minute to get our drinks. My drink was also perfectly made, which is hard to come by 🙂

They always disappoint. I have to always ask for my drink remade but they never do. When they do they don’t remake it they just adjust ice and give it back:/ Probably the 5th time. Hopefully I’ve finally learned my lesson and will avoid this location going forward. Please avoid this location and make the short trip down to the Roanoke location which is excellent rather than paying twice for your coffee.

I’ve had high hopes for this new location and it’s sincerely the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter if it’s drive thru or inside pick up. I could have ordered 20 minutes ahead- it won’t be ready when you arrive. I firmly believe I could take the extra 20 minutes to drive to the Roanoke location…

Walked in on a quiet Sunday afternoon. No one waiting. One person sitting at a table. A worker walked out from behind the counter to grab something out of the refrigerated area. No hello, barely a smile. Another person making coffees. No hello. No welcome in. Nothing. Another guy working the drive through window. I awkwardly stood at the counter for about a minute or two waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Nothing. Finally walked out. Disappointed

First experience- they wanted to charge me $5.50 for an ice water with strawberries for my son. I get this for him at every other Starbucks we go to and it’s $0.75.

Second experience- I forgot to order a chocolate chip cookie and she wouldn’t let me add it to my order at the drive thru register. They insisted I went back through the drive thru line to reorder.

Third experience- they would not let me order hot tea in the drive thru and said you could only have hot tea inside the store.
