Either I’m spoiled at my Arlington location or I’m tripping but as expensive as these drinks are I would expect them to be filled all the way. Every time I try this location it’s like they don’t even try. The drink don’t taste as good as the Matlock location either. I don’t think they are giving me what I ordered. The parking here is always congested. The drive thru takes forever.

The night crew at this Starbucks is honestly amazing. They are always so sweet, kind, and consistent, no matter how busy it gets. They do such a great job every single time. That said, it really feels unacceptable that they have to work in such harsh conditions, especially with snow and unsafe road conditions. These employees deserve so much credit and appreciation for showing up and taking care of customers when the conditions are genuinely dangerous.

I been very sad since the Java chip frappe went away. But today whoever made mocha cookie crumb with the espresso shot, THAT PUT THAT WHIPPED CREAM ON THE BOTTOM AND MY ESPRESSO SAT ON TOP BUT OVER THE FRAPPE MIX AND THEN HAD MORE WHIPPED ON TOP WAS MAGICAL… I literally said “who ever made this loves their job and I can tell” but anyway THANK YOU!!

I went this morning and ordered a venti caramel ribbon crunch with with substitutes and additions in which NONE of that was added in. I also ordered a venti matcha my strawberry cold foam, the honey syrup and almond milk was NOT added. I did not have time to speak to the staff about this problem because I had to get to work. But it wasn’t jam packed and I’m highly disappointed at least 2-4 bucks in substitutions and additions and didn’t receive any of that. Overall the store is clean.
Edit: went back hoping it would be a better experience… it was not there is no reason my drink should have more whipped cream than the frappe. They just don’t care here. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

I came in on a busy Sunday morning, they didn’t have the tea I wanted so a friendly employee made me something similar. Despite the wait, they were very kind and respectful towards everyone, even offering small treats for their patience. As soon as it cooled down, that same employee came to check up on me & asked if I liked my tea (I did!). They truly made my day just by observing how well they ran their business.

Ordered a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino through DoorDash, and I’m honestly very disappointed. It was made incorrectly—there was no mocha sauce at all, which is literally the key ingredient. The drink tasted bland and nothing like what it’s supposed to.

SOPHIA IS AMAZING!!! All of the employees are so amazing with the best customer service! Sophia made the same drink I order every single time (never at this location before), but by far it was THE best ever iced shaken espresso with all my custom high maintenance Add-ons….literally the best ever!!!

I don’t blame the employees for slow service I blame management 100 percent! service is always so slow help your team out or get more employees to help out 20-30 min wait times are ridiculous with manager experience myself . Employees are so kind with a good attitude each time I visit
