As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I have been to many checkers before, but this location is the best one. It’s very professional and not “ghetto” and the customer service is like Chick-fil-A.. I had a wonderful experience today with two employees.One, who’s name is Eric and the other one, Terrence. I have been a Chick-fil-A trainer and I will say this to you, I will always come back to this checkers just because of those two employees. I live all the way in Westshore, but the checkers on Broadway is the best one and those employees need a raise. They were patient. They were kind they were understanding and they were quick I did all of that with the biggest smile. Thank you to those two employees
Update!! So like I said, best checkers. Met one of their employees at the bus stop. Her name was Tristan and she was so nice. I needed help and she had no complaints in helping me. Asked her where she worked and she told me lol I laughed because Their employees are even nice with civilians. Thank you Tristan, I found the bus.

Service was friendly and helpful however my burger is very undercooked. I love a med rare steak but I don’t want a rare / medium rare burger from checkers. Fries are hot and fresh but I just can’t get past the undercooked burger.

Soggy fries and the XL cup was not filled up . The cheese in my cheese sticks was hard. My apple pie was also soggy. The employee at the window was clearly irritated so I didn’t dare turn around and complain… 🙁

I do not like AI order takers because they do not let you customize your order. It is one way or no way. No personal interaction except take your money and hand you food. Very disappointed in Checkers, do better.

Food was horrible, cold and I ordered the larger chicken bite box which only had about 8 little hard pieces of chicken. Ordered a strawberry milkshake, as they said it was all they had, all it was in a smal cup, was the strawberry ice cream they have. Are you kidding me… Unbelievable

Stopped in today for lunch. Ordered spicy Chicken sandwich combo meal with bacon, lettuce and tomato. Paid $8. Got back to my desk at work and I had a big Buford burger combo and a few other goodies. Receipt in bag said it cost $11. No time to go back so I ate it. Wasn’t that bad but not what I ordered. To the person who received my spicy chicken sandwich combo please comment and let me know how it tasted.

I ordered a chili cheeseburger! With extra chili! It barely had any chili on it! I hate to take food back and I hate to complain but I ordered it with extra for a reason because I want it to squish out of my sandwich when I bite it, lol! So, anyway, took it back and the lady fixed it! Thanks for fixing it!
