I’ve never waited 30 minutes for something as simple as an iced black coffee. No customizations, no complicated order — just coffee and ice. I was in a rush, and watching staff stand around, chat, and move slowly while drinks piled up was beyond frustrating.
There was no sense of urgency, no communication about delays, and no apology for the wait. If a basic order takes half an hour, something is seriously wrong with how this store is being managed.
I expect better from Starbucks. This experience felt disorganized, inattentive, and disrespectful of customers’ time.

Ebbi was an absolute ray of sunshine behind the counter, polite, upbeat, and handling the rush like it was nothing. Even when a drink needed fixing, she kept that warm smile. And the guy working with her? Super friendly and even walked my bakery item over to me, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Truly standout service.

My review is only based on the lunch items. I ordered Jalapeno Chicken Pocket and Spicy Falafel pocket. While the latter had good flavor, the former was phenomenal. I liked the sauce in it. However they both weren’t lunch size, more of snacks.

I came here because I had a gift card. I asked for a small pink drink because I’ve been eyeing it for a while, but hadn’t gotten to it. I asked for light ice, and this may have been my issue because I’m used to the way they do things at Dutch Bros, because my cup was almost entirely ice. My drink was gone in three sips and was watered down. It was a 12oz cup with maybe a centimeter of free space at the top. I got a cup of ice. My boyfriend got a different drink and asked for light ice as well, and got about half his cup full of ice. This was overall very disappointing.

Ebbi, the manager… she is always on point. Her customer relations is phenomenal! I come in every Monday and she acknowledges me and remembers my order without hesitation…. Love it! Anyway to duplicate her and have her at every Starbucks??? Love her!! And the staff is awesome! Love their energy!

The customer service here is excellent, and the staff consistently handles everything efficiently. While customers may desire their drinks to be prepared swiftly, the individuals working behind the counter do an outstanding job. Perhaps we could all be a bit more patient and kind towards them.
