Anytime I walk into this location the workers are very kind and pleasant! Today in particular (Halloween day) the girl working the end where you pick up your drinks was very chatty and very sweet trying to keep customers engaged and in high spirits while they were waiting on orders! Excellent customer service!

We usually have great service but yesterday was the worst experience we had. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 yogurts. My husband got his yogurt from the front counter but was not given a spoon. Mine was in the back and had to wait about 5 minutes to get my yogurt. Store inside was not crowded but it appears the drive through was busy. Trying to get anyone’s attention to get a spoon so my husband could start eating his yogurt was impossible and was ignored. I finally got my yogurt but was pretty angry that the drive through took presidence over my order and ignoring us when asked.

The service in the drive thru was great but, I was so disappointed with my drink. My grande iced drink had so much ice in it I got about 3-4 sips. So I basically paid $6 + tip for flavored ice. Then my daughter tells me now if you order light ice you get charged extra?! Time to learn how to make my iced coffee at home.

I get when we are busy it sucks! But if they would get the old orders out before starting new orders then they wouldn’t be overwhelmed with orders! My drink sat for a good while, the young girl started the other orders, all my drink needed was a lid and to be handed off. Then boom, I’m out of your hair! Just a suggestion! But y’all are doing great! So keep up the good work!
