I absolutely love the vibe at this location. The staff is very personable and professional. The memorization of my drink, whether I go 4 times per week, or 4 times per month is Amazing. Bev, Valerie, Dana, Sophia, and Ricky are keepers for sure. Betcha they could train staff in BASIC CS, at some of the other locations I’ve gone whose CS is not so good. Thanks guys.

Im a regular customer at this Starbucks location and I always uses the drive thru for a venti caramel frappuchino with a shot of expresso. The employees are always very professional and nice treating me with respect and loving little notes on my cup saying Enjoy with a happy face or we love you with a happy face and little heart. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond for a customer when they don’t even have an idea if the customer is going through a difficult situation and a little note in a cup just put an smile on my face. Thank you all for your hard work. Keep it up.

This location is by far the slowest I’ve experienced. The drive thru specifically. I’ve asked for napkins, straws, etc. and I’ll just sit and watch them take peoples orders while holding my “condiments” hostage. You’d think they would finish helping a customer with a simple straw before punching in peoples orders.

Aidan seems more interested in typing on his device than taking an order. Upon walking up to the counter he looked at me as if I was bothering him. No hello, no welcome, no how may I help you, no nothing. After standing there for a few minutes while he kept on I finally said what I wanted and he looked around giving the feeling as if who I was I talking to. Let’s just say I only went through with my order because my kid wanted it and had a gift card.

I buy coffee here almost every day, and I only drink one thing: coffee with a cold, salty milk foam topping. I always ask for extra foam, but they never give it to me, unlike other branches where the cold milk foam is mostly just foam and only fills half of the venti cup (coffee + foam). It’s very rare for someone to do it properly. Once, I stood there and asked for extra foam because it looked so bland. Three employees conferred before reluctantly adding foam, but they even told me, “Charge it extra!” I’ve had many other Starbucks drinks with the same flavor, but they always do it differently. Because it’s close to my workplace, that’s why I buy it so often.

I was homeless studying to take my nursing exam and needed some wifi . I came here they were so nasty to me and turned the wifi off on me . It’s been like 2 years I got my nursing degree but I never forgot how nasty I was treated by this place at my lowest . Do better!

Dear Starbuck Team,

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your drive-thru. This was the second time I ordered fresh black coffee and received a cup that tasted extremely burnt and unpleasant. When I politely addressed it with the staff, I was told, “It is fresh and it is good,” without any attempt to understand my concern.

Unfortunately, I had to discard the coffee both times, which not only wasted my money but left me very dissatisfied with your service. I would appreciate it if you could look into this issue and ensure better quality control going forward. I truly want to continue enjoying your coffee, but consistency and care are key.
