Today is Father’s Day, so I ordered my husband’s favorite coffee. Although I chose the drive-through option, my two toddlers insisted on going inside to pick up their daddy’s drink. Seeing me busy with the kids, the barista kindly offered to bring our drinks to the car, so that allowing me to safely hold my children’s hands. I truly felt like part of their family. The barista’s kindness and care meant a lot to me. Thank you!

I stupidly forgot my order and ordered the wrong drink so when it came out and didn’t look like what I was expecting, they remade it but of course when they brought it to me again and it obviously didn’t look like the drink I was expecting… The guy who made it wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. I explained what was confusing to me and he made it a point to make sure that I left with the drink I thought I was going to!
If someone told me that I didn’t have to remake it again and they’ll take the drink they ordered since it was their fault. I would have sent them on their way. But the fact that he put in the effort, really shows that he is a genuine person.
I wish I would have got his name to mention it but all I know is he was making drinks on a Saturday morning. thank you again.

Pulled in the drive thru on the outer lane and was unable to merge into the lane that had the speaker to order. Instead I went to the window thinking it’s just 1 coffee black nothing extra and I can just order it at the window no big deal…. or so I thought. I dont know if it’s the stores policy to deny customers at the window and force them to loop around the entire store just to talk to a speaker box for the order. The Barista said “now i have to be mean to you and can’t take your order, why did you do that?” I replied i was unable to order at the speaker bc of the entrance I pulled in at doesn’t allow the merging to order at the speaker without full circling the store. Even after this response she repeated again “why did you do that” so then which I replied “it was inconvenient.” Guess I didn’t want a starbucks coffee today. I dont know what it is about these pink haird individuals but the service was kinda crappy with how it went. I could just be a Karen here but geeze imagine denying a sale because of ego/policy of refusing orders at the window. It’s not like I’m ordering a full course meal i mean it’s a cup of coffee for crying out loud.
Regardless because of this I will no longer be going here for any services. My 2 cents of advice would be to add a second speaker to order from on the outer lane, why else do they have 2 lanes? I don’t know but it was kind of ridiculous in my opinion. If you have read this far and understand my frustration please show some love ❤️ because starbucks didn’t show any to me. 🙁

I lost my brakes and power steering, but managed to get into their parking lot and throw it in park. These people were so kind to me, they helped direct traffic, they moved their own cars to allow more space for passing and they made sure to stay calm and even tried helping to keep me calm!! They offered me a free drink so many times and were genuinely over the top kind people. They truly deserve all of the local support they can get!!! For being a chain store, they sure showed how much locals care for each other ❤️❤️❤️ I will forever go to that Starbucks now!!!

I’ve been a regular since they opened. Ms. Rhonda, the manager, is absolutely lovely. It is so nice to get great service with a smile. Her and her staff still give you the small town kindness and experience so many places have lost. They’re always fast and courteous and get my order right!

I dont know why they advertise the birthday drink but cant seem to fufill that the app wouldnt pull up anything and the workers cant do anything about it. Happens every time. This is why i hate going and stopped going a while ago but my daughter wanted her birthday drink shes been obsessing about for a while. I bought it however not suprised this company has failed like every time before…never have i been able to actually get the birthday drink and i used to use them for years but stopped after the horrible service
