Somebody in this Starbucks always gives excessive amounts of ice! I often come here to get a drink before my 12 hours shift and I always have to pray it’s not that one who gives whole bunch ice make my drink otherwise I’ll finish it on the way to work. I’m a slow drinker a venti usually last me all day so you know how much ice is it in the drink. And yes I know I can choose “less ice” but then it end up too little of the ice. Let me just tell you about 1/3 cup of ice is the right amount. Not 2/3 or a whole cup. Please do better .

I took tea latte and was pretty bad in taste. It had way too less of the flavor and taste was not at all close to tea. Didn’t have this issue in other Starbucks.

This is a small but nice Starbucks. I had a tall regular coffee and a brownie, which was delicious. There is no indoor seating, but there is a public restroom and an outdoor seating area with one table and six chairs.

BUT!!! One of drink wasn’t blended well.
Also my ice coffee tastes peach tea with black coffee. It doesn’t taste good at all. I wish I would have tasted before I drove away.

The staff was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were especially accommodating and understanding when I was there with my crying baby and energetic toddler. It’s not always easy going out with young kids, but their kindness made all the difference. The restrooms are incredibly clean! Highly recommend this location for families!

Doesn’t anyone realize there are NO Starbucks with 1 table sitting right by the dumpster. I sat there in October and when the garbage truck came the area of the table smelled sooo bad I left. Don’t think that horrible dump smell did them any good. Starbucks is supposed to be comfortable and relaxing. Put a few seats inside or finish building the wall where the table is. You’d get a lot more customers. I’ve been to Starbucks in many different states and never saw one so bad. Many, many years ago even the small store across from Pike Place Market in Seattle had a bar along the wall so, you could stand inside and drink your coffee. With the rest of your wall missing it looks like soon to be President Trump needs to get you a wall. Hopefully, you change things and become a nice place to be.

very unprofessional process, expected a quick highway detour to pick up and continue my trip. They took 15 mins for one person since they like to chat with their friends while on duty and disregard people waiting in line.
Had to just give up and leave the drive through line. This is the first time I have encountered such an inefficient and unprofessional starbucks location.
The teenage girl in front of me ordered surprisingly just one frozen drink. I left from the line while she received the drink and continued chatting with the girl popping her head out through drive thru window. She could certainly see that people were waiting in line but chose to pass time as if no one were waiting.

This morning about 9:45a my family and I stopped by this location and were immediately met with a rude lady on the intercom. She informed us, with an attitude in her tone, that the store was out of whipped cream and heavy cream. She then proceeded to tell us to pull up to receive our total, instead of at the intercom. We get to the window and the same lady proceeded to have a continued attitude while taking payment and serving us our drinks. When my husband asked to speak with a manager she pointed to a young man, he approached the window and when my husband told him that he received a very rude experience from the lady, the manager yelled at my husband saying, “I DON’T CARE” and then decided to slam the window closed. We have contacted corporate and were told we would get a follow up call in 48 hours. Don’t go to this location unless you want to run the risk of non-friendly people and have the window slammed in your face.
