The worst Panda Express I have ever been to. I came in at 6pm on a Tuesday, and had to wait in line for 45 mins. The line was moving super slow because there was nobody manning the counter and register. Everybody was working on the drive thru, online orders and kitchen. Once I was finally able to order, I got the family meal and had to wait even more because some of the dishes were empty and they had to make more. They packed my order and just left it on the counter until I noticed and had to call for someone to the register to pay. The food was somewhat cold when I finally got it.
Horrible experience. Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else.

The customer service in the store is top-tier 10/10 Andrea is an amazing cook and she’s so so sweet Jason is an amazing worker and he’s so amazing to talk to you as well and the manager soooooo nice Don’t know that other guys name and I don’t know there was a new guy there. I believe he was really nice too.

I ordered my food 10 minutes before I got here, then waiting 15 more minutes, then I created this video and then waiting another 10 minutes until I got my food. There were 6-7 people that pre ordered food and they just keep taking care of the people that walked in. At least 10 people walked in waited in line and got their food. Keep in mind my food was supposed to be done 5 minutes before I got here. I understand rush hour and places get busy. But this was a complete lack of working the online orders and only focusing on the ones that walked in.

My husband and I came in today after a rough day, and the server we had named Nae was SO SWEET. She was very considerate and patient and helped me with figuring out what everything was, I’ve only been like 3 times my whole life lol. She was very happy to help and was so kind hearted. There was this photo on the wall that I read as I was eating, good to see yall actually live up to these expectations God bless

Waited 30 minutes in the drive through for this bowl. After waiting so long being pulled to pick up location I had to get out my car and go inside. To be waiting additional 4 minutes while someone tried to “FIND MY FOOD”. I was refused a refund because my meal was now ready. Dayler D the drive through server horrible customer service this is not the panda way man. Arguing with a customer over how long they waited outside is hilarious honestly….

Only come here if you have an hour or more time to waste sitting in the drive thru. And yeah don’t even dare going in the inside you will wait longer. It don’t matter what day of the week or time of the day you come you will wait 100%

When I do pick up I always choose pick up at counter because if I don’t, they ALWAYS seem to give me the crumbs. Chow mein is mainly cabbage no noodles. Or beef & broccoli is JUST BROCCOLI. this is the THIRD time this location has done this. Inside was close so I had to use the drive thru. But of course we get home and our food is trash! Literally 2 small pieces of beef. Pics and video to prove it.

Great staff! On 9/30 at 2:45pm the staff dealt with a very rude woman. She was wanting them to customize her meal and have it cooked a certain way, which I’m shocked they entertained for her. But when it took longer than she liked, she was snappy and rude. The staff never became unprofessional and dealt with her phenomenally. Kudos to this staff today.

Panda Express quietly raised the family meal price from $34.99 to $40 overnight, and it’s honestly ridiculous. Every location did it at the same time, with zero explanation, zero warning, and absolutely no justification. The portions didn’t increase, the quality didn’t improve, and nothing about the experience changed, except the price. This feels like a blatant cash grab, not a reasonable adjustment. Raising prices across the board for no clear reason is a terrible business practice and a slap in the face to regular customers. If this is how Panda Express plans to treat its customers, don’t be surprised when people stop coming back.
