For ordering online ahead of time, my order sure took a long time. So that being said, I have no idea why my breakfast was not cooked at all. The egg in my spinach wrap was cold and you could tell it never even made it to the little heater or toaster. I tried to toast it at home but it was so soggy and just fell apart. I guess you have to ask for a coffee sleeve and a stopper too.

I came in today so excited for my drink and the door hit me and I DROPPED MY DRINK. Everywhere. I was about to cry when an employee (named Chelsea) told me she’d help me clean up and remake me a drink. I was literally about to cry and I’m just beyond grateful for that!! She made my entire day. I come in about once a week and she’s also so so sweet. The store overall is great and even if they make a mistake, they quickly correct it. Thank you so much, Chelsea!!!

I placed a mobile order this morning and was really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a Venti Salted Caramel Cream Cold Brew with several specific customizations, and the drink I received was nothing like what I ordered. The flavor was completely off, the ingredients didn’t match my customization list, and overall it tasted horrible.I didn’t have time to go back because I had to get to work, but it was frustrating to pay for a drink that wasn’t made correctly at all. I’ve included screenshots of my order and a photo of the drink I was given. I hope the store can improve consistency with mobile orders, because this was really disappointing.

Hailey was sweet my drink was made wrong and remade twice she definitely knows her drinks kudos to her she offered vt iced brown sugar oat shaken blond espresso 2white mocha sweet cream I say this bc I order the same drink every time. But she was left in charge and took control of a difficult situation bc they were packed!! Thank you all I didn’t get the other 2 names but thank you ladies as well.

i understand its busy, but i have to kept on checking my orders three times before they even realize that they missed my coffee orders. My coffee was rushed and it does not taste the same from other starbucks i ordered. My wrap was finished and i still have to wait for my coffee. Not coming back to this location again.

The workers here are so nice. They were constantly complimenting/telling each other they were doing a good job and also they kept talking to the customers giving constant updates about the wait. It took a normal amount of time for my drink to be ready and yet they updated me like 3 times and apologized for the wait. Super friendly. And my drink was yum!

Been coming here since it opened, the baristas are super friendly, and have always gotten my order right on point. The bathrooms are clean and it’s quite a spacious cafe area. Thanks for a great experience every time

I ordered an Iced Oatmilk matcha late with brown sugar. They were very quick, friendly, and accurate! They even removed the extra foam; most Starbucks just give you a cup half full of air.

The lady at the window was rude. She got my order wrong and told me I would have to go back in the drive-thru lane (which was long and we had already waited 30 minutes in line) in order for them to fix my drink. This Starbucks used to have better staff, but it has gone downhill lately.
