Kendall is an outstanding manager and truly sets the standard for what a great Starbucks experience should be! She has such an awesome connection with customers and makes this location feel especially welcoming. I am always blown away by the beverage quality at this particular Starbucks. Everything is great and I don’t think they’ve ever got my order wrong! The wait after ordering is always quick, even when I’ve experienced lines in the morning. The cafe is also one of the cleanest Starbucks locations I’ve ever visited, which is truly a feat because this location seems super busy!
Beyond that, Kendall clearly prioritizes her relationship with her colleagues. You can tell they have a positive team culture because their smiles and humor is contagious! Kendall’s dedication to both customers and the baristas makes this location a pleasure to visit, and it’s obvious her management has a huge impact on the store’s atmosphere.

This place has not only outdoor seating for about ’15’ but there is also ‘indoor’ seating for ‘8’ at an oval table tucked away from most patrons! Nice location, but I order a venti brown sugar shaken espresso every day at another local location with no issues and I tried this one and my drink came out with a lot less coffee in the cup. I asked the barista as this has never happened to me at the Laguna Hills location by I-30 and she said the foam dissipates? Interesting how it dissipates at one location but not another. Bummed but will just go back to old faithful from now on.

Treated my wife horribly. She is pregnant and made her drink wrong twice and tried to yell at her bc they already tried to make it twice. She started crying and the worker caught an attitude with her so she just left crying while you guys refused service after making a drink WRONG twice. Not only did u fail at ur job 2x you made my pregnant wife cry. Horribly done dont recommend this place at all and this is something that should be handled.

I’ll never go to this location again. Went to grab a coffee for myself and cake pop for my kiddo. The girl at the drive thru window was not friendly. As soon as she opened the window she didn’t say hello just handed the credit card machine for me to pay. Never looked at me when handing me my receipt or items and didn’t say bye. As soon as she handed me my coffee she closed the window.
If you’re having a bad day, maybe don’t work in customer service and take it out on your customers. Manager please see who was working the window and get them some additional training. This was 9/9 around 1:20pm.

Manager asleep at the helm, yet on a power trip! (3pm June 10) The mandatory message on my last 2 orders have just been a lazily drawn tiny smiley face. This location repeatedly spits in the face of CEO Brian Niccol’s “Back to Starbucks” effort to restore a sense of community and humanize the brand. They were out of sweet cream to make cold foam and offered a dairy free alternative to which my friend said “eww no one wants that” as a joke and the manager cut over the speaker claiming she was rude to the barista by saying that and therefore would not be served. Stuck in the drive thru line she had to continue in the queue where the manager gossiped to other patrons and then was set up filming on her cellphone as she went to drive away. I called to clear the air… I mean this is a place I spend literally hundreds of dollars a month at for work orders and personal enjoyment how could they do this? Power trip manager informed me my friend is now “ban” from their location. As a white woman I know if I had made a joke about no one wanting non dairy creamer we all would have giggled and moved on no matter how dry my delivery of that comment may have been. This manager seems to be an instigator tripping on her (apparently new) sense of power.
