I stopped by East Norwich Bagels and it was exactly what you want from a local bagel spot. The bagels themselves are excellent. They have that classic balance of being nicely chewy on the inside while still having a good exterior. 5 stars all around. If you no longer live here or are here for the first time and looking for a real new york bagel this is it…bagels are perfect, cream cheese flavors are delicious. When you ask for extra cream cheese, they know what that means and staff was very friendly. Well definitely be back next to e were in town!!

I had breakfast at East Norwich Bagels three times — Friday, Saturday, and again yesterday — and every single time was excellent. I’ve tried bagels in many places before, but this one really surprised me.
The bagels are fresh, delicious, and perfectly made. The service is friendly, fast, and makes you feel like part of the family. The whole atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — the kind of place where you can sit down, enjoy your food, and start your day in a good mood.
It quickly became one of my favorite spots, and if I lived nearby, I’d definitely come here all the time. Highly recommend! ☕

I like the bagels and most of the counter people. But some of the counter people don’t seem happy to help me. Especially one lady who takes my order and barely looks me in the eye. If you dont like serving people than choose another job. Like I said most are friendly but one in particular is down right rude looking. LBC in Glen Cove is great and everyone is happy and greets you with a smile. I worked in retail and this would never be tolerated. I understand having a bad day but not everyday

Absolutely awful. Beyond awful. The bagel quality was below average to begin with. I had the server who think it is smart to NOT write down the order. And of course he completely messed up the entire order. Verified with me multiple times, yet since he did not write it down it was completely wrong. Never understood anyone who doesn’t write down an order. It really is a foolproof system…
And on top of it, I got nasty hairs in my bagel.
I never leave reviews. But this experience was just awful. I came here many years ago after it first changed from Bagel Boss to this. Was not good. Decided to finally give another chance. Big mistake

One of the few places in the area with fresh tofu vegetable cream cheese! I Door Dashed flagels, 1/4 lbs tofu cream cheese and fresh 8 oz OJ from here for a quick vegan brekkie before classes. Order came quickly. Flagels are fresh and pretty big. Everything flagel was too flat on one side to slice through, but otherwise good. The tofu veg cream cheese has nice texture and fresh veggies like carrots, scallions and peppers, but on the sweeter side for me. 1/4 is great for two flagels or bagels. Added some almond ricotta, spinach, rocket and tomatoes. OJ was good, would have wanted more pulp. Would order again.

DO NOT ORDER AVOCADO ON YOUR SANDWICH!!!
I was served rotten avocado on my bacon, egg, cheese, and avocado sandwich.
As someone who orders BEC with avocado regularly at East Norwich Bagels, I know what the avocado should look like. On a good day it’s fresh and green, but recently the avocado has looked more and more brown like it has been sitting out for multiple days. I don’t mind spending extra for avocado but I expect it to at least be somewhat fresh. I took a bite and immediately put the sandwich down and opened it up because I knew something was not right. This is NOT how avocado should look. It is rubbery to the touch with a sour taste and a stringy texture, completely brown on the outside and extremely discolored on the inside. I’m so shocked that this was put on my sandwich without hesitation. I understand that some brown spots are normal for avocado when it is exposed to air or cooked, but this is completely rotten. So upset that I spent $2.00 extra on 4 rotten slivers of avocado.
The workers are usually nice but the kitchen needs to be evaluated.

I have ordered from East Norwich Bagels multiple times and I Can tell you that these bagels are absolutely delicious. I highly recommend giving it a try great place always fresh and tasty.
