Good lighting, decent setup. Cake pops are $3.52 with tax for what amounts to processed sugar in cute packaging.

The taste? Sweet. That’s it. Nothing complex, nothing memorable – just engineered sweetness designed to trigger cravings for more.

Here’s the honest breakdown: $3.52 could buy you actual food with nutrients your body can use. An apple, a banana, real ingredients that serve a purpose beyond satisfying sugar addiction.

The marketing is brilliant though – they’ve convinced people that paying coffee shop prices for convenience store snacks is normal.

The space works well for what it is. The staff does their job competently. The pricing on food items is where reality hits – you’re paying for brand and convenience, not quality or value.

Service and atmosphere is amazing at this location, but unfortunately I just paid $7.24 for a “tall” chai, 2% and 2 espresso shots. Please see picture below for reference (next to iPhone 13) with their new “tall” cups that are “wider.”

I’m just tired of the poor service by some, not all, at Starbucks. Various Starbucks I visit tout pro-noun display on their aprons and lack basic customer service and hospitality. Let’s start to put our money towards local coffee places that greet you with a smile and not a frown with a “what do you want” face. It’s our money- I’m done wasting it at this company. Woke companies won’t survive.

Only do drive through unless you have lots of extra time. I waited over 15 minutes for a grande flat white. Which I wouldn’t usually mind the wait but I went inside because the drive through was so long and I’d be blocking traffic. What bothered me was I put my order in before the last car I would have been behind in the drive through and they got their order in 7 minutes! I don’t know if they forgot mine or what but that was super frustrating. Just wanted to share some feedback.

Shout out to the staff for still serving customers despite systems being down (cash only transactions). However I had an issue with my order (missing an item within the sandwich that’s not at fault of the team). I tried to call the store but systems seems to be still down even after a couple of hours. I’ll try to call again later this afternoon and will update review again.

I’ve been coming to this location regularly, and today was the first time I was told there’s a new policy that requires a purchase just to get a cup of ice. Never heard that before. But suddenly, I’m told it’s been in place for a month? Make it make sense.

I usually do make a purchase but today, I just wanted a cup of ice, which has been one of my biggest pregnancy cravings. And let’s be real: Starbucks’ soft nugget ice and frozen uncaffeinated options have been my go-to throughout this pregnancy, so I knew right away this was BS. That’s it. No drama, no extras. Just ice. And somehow, that turned into a whole issue.

It’s wild how something so small can highlight a complete lack of consistency, compassion, and basic customer service.
You’d think on a Sunday, employees would be a little less uptight.
But honestly? I took this as a sign to never come back.

I visit this Starbucks at least twice a week and the staff is always amazing. My drinks are never wrong and I am able to zip in and out of the drive through in no time. I really want to give a great big Kudos to Chrispie… I recently have switched my diet and can no longer have dairy… I placed an order at the menu, and made some substitutions. When I got to the window, he chatted with me about what my drink order really is and how it should be placed to save time (I was really fumbling at the intercom and I’m sure that was annoying) and also save $. But beyond that he actually printed a receipt for me with the description of the drink for next time. This really made my day. I can’t thank this location enough for having super stars on the team. Thank you!
