Well looks like owners took over and it’s gone down hill! Want ice come here you paying for ice at this point! I’m done coming here! I’ve spent thousands and was a daily customer I’ll be looking for another location now. He has people there that have no clue what they are doing or how to even work the machine.

I’ve enjoyed being a daily customer for a long time. I have loved my interactions with Katelyn and Gabby they are the best. However, recently with other employees has been horrible and have made it harder and harder to continue to come back. To be honest the whole reason I have continued to come is because of Katelyn and Gabby! They are always bubbly and sweet and have always gone above and beyond.

everything is amazing there when i see gaby and kaelyn helping me out and giving me exactly everything i need. they’re so amazing and very happy people they brighten up my day everyday and always willing to help. they always have big smiles on there face but recently i’ve had bad experiences with anyone else but them, so rude, making faces and doing everything absolutely wronng. everyone is so disrespectful. i would genuinely rate this a 0 unless gaby and kaelyn are there bc they understand and everything. i came in today like regularly and wanted a donut but unfortunately they didn’t have any but they were very respectful and understood i was upset and gave me other options. anyone else would’ve just said sorry. gaby and kaelyn always brighten io my day expect the rest of the people. they’re such hard working girls and are always so sweet and nice. if they ever leave i will not be coming back and i will let my friends and family know about the situation and tell everyone how horrible management is there. UNBELIEVABLE.

CHECK EVERYTHING before you leave. Went to the drive up at 9am, no other customers inside or in line. Ordered 2 coffees, 2 donuts, 2 sandwiches. Was told the coffee we asked about had dairy – after more questions, found out it had only oat milk (not dairy). Got the first bag, only one donut inside – gave it back and asked for the 2nd. Got it and one coffee (confirmed the dairy question again before taking it). Got the sandwiches – one completely wrong sandwich. Never got the second coffee. Tried to call to let them know, no answer. There were at least 2 employees inside and no other customers when we were there. The sticker on the bag has the right sandwiches listed, so not sure how we got the completely wrong sandwich. We didn’t have time for them to remake it, and the gal never came back to the window to bring our coffee or ask for the correct sandwich. This is not the first time we have gotten the wrong food and I’m not sure why we keep trying. Good location, but terrible order accuracy.

Really lost complete interest in many locations including this one which was my go-to. No one wears gloves when handling food. Watched someone place my donuts in a bag with their bare hands. No thanks!

I came in today around 9 am and had no donuts. How is a donut shop not going to have donuts but Gaby and Kaelyn were very apologetic about having no donuts and gave me other options which I appreciate. They always do a good job on my coffee order and always take there to say hi and have a conversation with me at the window if it wasn’t for gaby and Kaelyn being so welcoming and making me feel like they enjoy me being there this would have been the absolute worst experience ever

I got the 6 dollar breakfast deal. Definitely not worth 6 dollars..didn’t have bagels not a big deal but the croissant was burnt and dry and the hashbrowns taste like it was sitting for a very long time they didn’t even ask me if I wanted a choice bacon or sausage. And the coffee was not very good. First time trying this place very disappointed i drove out of my way to waste my time and money to get something io could of probably get at a gas station for the same price or less

Very rude staff! We walked in to get donuts for our company and not one person spoke to us at all and there were 3 people working! Then the young girl scolds us when I went to grab our order, for not calling ahead so they had more donuts (we got 4 dozen) and we had no idea that was a requirement and it was minute due to our VP showing up in town. We tell her this and she walks off so I said well u guys haven’t even said hello or anything to us so whatever about your rule! They then slammed my drink down when it was ready and never said thank you or anything else to us! Never will come to this location again, u just lost an entire business as customers! Horrible customer service, train better and do better! Not your fault yall barely had any donuts made at 830 am!

I go to this dunkin once every week and sometimes more than that, and i have been for many years since i live relatively close. I always order ahead on the app for their rewards, and pick it up in the drive through. Lately the employees have not been very friendly and today and picked up an order for myself and my boyfriend which were both incorrect, and the lady was real rude and handed me my drinks as quickly and forcefully as possible. This is your job in which you are getting paid to meet customers expectations, regardless of if you are having a bad day. Normally it wouldn’t be a big deal if the drink is slightly off, but i paid extra for my cold foam so id like them to make it how i ordered it. I didn’t bother going back just to get attitude. There was the tiniest squirt of cold foam on both drinks. Like i mean it didn’t even cover the top of the coffee, and the lids were regular lids. This dunkin has really gone downhill. Maybe take the extra time and go to a different one.

I’m perplexed. Every DD I go to except for ONE in Raleigh NC years ago is as inconsistent as can be with the Bacon/egg/cheese croissant.

This location has been no different. Some mornings it’s decent, some mornings it will have one, thin, burnt piece if bacon. Some mornings it will be hot. Some mornings it will be cold.

This morning I got one that was ice cold except for the croissant. I circle back and tell the girl and there’s no “I’m sorry sir let me fix that for you”. I get looked at cross-eyed and told “that’s weird because I just made it”. I tell her to feel it for herself and she says she can’t and she will make me another one. She hands it to me, I say “thank you”, and I get nothing.

I’m not fishing for apologies here. I’m fishing for anywhere near standard customer service. Make the food correctly the first time, smile and say “you’re welcome”, or “my apologies, I’ll make that right for you”. In my line of work, if I treated my customer base this way I would lose them.

It’s sad that companies get so big, things like this don’t matter. I’m successful because I’ve created Ravin Fans for customers. When I screw up, I own it, I make it right and go above and beyond, and then I go about my day.

EDIT- 7/27/22

Don’t ask me why I did it, I guess curiosity killed the cat. 3 thin, unseasoned pieces of bacon. Cold cheese. Just garbage. Threw it away and will never be back.

Of course there’s no response to the reviews here, because it’s a chain and they just don’t have to. People will show up for their garbage food no matter what, because of the name. Sad. Just sad that this is how a business is allowed to operate.

Hehe, it’s Johnathan here, once again to tell you about my feelings and thoughts and stuff about this here once in a not really life time but still a good time event. Your Jon here likes his nuts made out of dough, and when the my dunkin you better believe they’re special. This here Dunkin’ always is a good time, the friendly folks always get you in and out like a jack a lope on the 5th of July. Full marks all around.

This here Dunkin’ Doughtnutz gets 18 holes out of a standard golf course.
