So it has been years since I last visited a Starbucks. I’ve usually frequented other coffee shops or just made my own at home. When I asked about how the refills work for the drinks and I asked the lady at the counter if I could get a latte. The way she explained it didn’t make sense and left me confused. I’m still not completely clear on how the refills work based off her explanation. My coffee was still good. Had a pumpkin latte served hot. My wife and friends got drinks. And none of them really liked their drinks. Saying it tasted bitter like the coffee hadn’t be properly made by the barista. I don’t recall the names and that’s not important. Overall, we still enjoyed talking with each other and the chairs and tables were comfortable in a relaxing atmosphere. I certainly wouldn’t turn away from coming again, but I wouldn’t say this swayed me compared to the other places I visit.

We are visiting from Frisco Texas and it’s an absolute joy coming into this Enid location. Everybody is so friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Courtney is absolutely amazing and is the epitome of what customer service is all about. You can tell she loves her job. My drink of choice is a flat white with an extra shot. Everybody seems to make them a little different but Gage is the best flat white maker ever!! If you’re passing by, stop in and visit these wonderful people. What a great way to start your morning, great coffee and great people.

I ordered an ICED blondie on a friend’s ordered and my coffee was completely wrong. It was HOT not iced. And tasted like black coffee with some milk in it. Pretty sad I had to add my own creamer and sugar to it to make it drinkable. For as expensive has your coffee is you would make the order correctly. Do better starbucks!

Terrible experience at the drive thru at 7:40am today. The person taking my order seemed to not understand what I was ordering then when I got to the window they couldn’t fix my order. I asked for a water bottle and they said they could not do that. No apologies just I cannot do that. I went around made a second order and expressed my dissatisfaction to which I received a repeating thank you response, no apologies again. The customer service was lacking, I had a terrible morning then spent my hard earned money at a business that does not appreciate my business. There are plenty of competitors in Enid now, I will be visiting them moving forward. I spend a ridiculous amount of money on coffee to be treated a certain way.

I have loved Starbucks since I visited the first ever location in Seattle Washington. This location has it rough due to being the only one around for 60 miles so they’re always busy but most of them are doing their best. The manager is very nice and accommodating and there’s a girl with a long blonde ponytail who should be bumped up to assistant manager because she always makes the drinks correctly(matcha tea-shaken) and even under pressure shows composure to upset customers and quickly gets to work on making them happy.

This is my Enid, Ok ONLY local Starbucks and I always get my drinks at this Enid Starbucks. Will I order a venti blackberry sage lemonade with no ice and by the time I got to the drive-through, I did not get a single blackberry fruit in my drink and I asked the barista don’t you have any blackberries and he’s like I think we don’t have them up here but would you like strawberries and I just give them a side eye took the drink back and then he only put like four blackberries in my drink and I was about to tell him is it because I ordered it without ice I’m still paying like seven dollars for this drink and it’s not fair that every time you ask a drink with no ice they don’t put you any fruit that’s how it comes with the blackberries in the drink, I hate it so much they act like if you’re not paying for what you’re asking for I mean there was no discount and the reason I didn’t want ice is because I have a really bad strep throat and I can’t have cold drinks. Well that’s what I feel. I can’t drink cold yet and I’m still paying and I ordered a grande peppermint mocha extra hot and it was cold and every time I order a hot drinks here they don’t do it right it doesn’t taste good and you’re still paying for what you’re ordering. I’m very very upset about this place and about the service that you get here every time you come up here is like you’re just asking for free and you’re not I’m always paying for what im ordering and they always have a bad mood here starbucks should hire people that really wants to work and make good drinks cause you’re paying for them and Starbucks is really expensive and that you’re not asking for anything free your paying for every single thing you order so next time, please do the drinks right or just take them off the menu Cuz how they are presented in the menu is not how you actually get them made out to you.

Ordered the tie-dyed Frappuccino, and instead I got a yellow drink. Tasted alright, but was extremely disappointing visually. Then on top of that, I pulled up to the window just as they were finishing it, but had to wait 5 minutes until the guy was ready to give it to me.

I come in here regularly and they often mess up my drink today I was like naw I can’t drink straight vanilla so I took it back and got even worse of a drink no ice with a custom order at this point they ain’t even trying and people this is why 7 brew is backed up 2-4 blocks
