Great layout, lots of products and food as well as great drinks. Very clean and eye appealing. Wish I could remember their names cause their boss should know what an Amazing job they did. I paid extra for caramel drizzle and didn’t get it. I commented to the young lady at the window and she said ok. I was expecting a let me fix that for you. I told her I’d leave a review. I was met with another ok. I have never experienced this type of service at any location. Gave me a real pause. I hope in the future they don’t put unhappy and unwilling workers at the window. I will have to try again as I love Starbucks and I couldn’t figure out why I didn’t get what I paid for. They also didn’t have my initial order and I was like no biggie you know so it hurt to receive such service. The impossible burger made up for TRICIA TAKANAWA at the window.

The people have been nice and I’ve always gotten what I ordered. My favorite experience here was with a guy who sounded like he really loved their coffee and had drank a lot of it. He sounded so hyper It doesn’t feel outstanding but it’s definitely solid.

As far as Starbucks go, this one is top notch. Best service in the metro, nicest baristas, always a clean neat environment AND most importantly, they make the best drinks…I don’t think I’ve ever had one that wasn’t right or tasted off from here. Their parking lot can be a little tough with the level of activity, but the store is excellent.

A very convenient location at the corner of I-35 Service Road and SW 27th in Moore. The drive-through can be busy and it may be faster to park your vehicle and order your coffee inside.

Another excellent Starbucks experience. I have left many five star reviews for Starbucks over the years, I can’t really remember a negative one. I travel 130,000 + miles a year so I stop at many Starbucks in many different cities in multiple states. Starbucks does a great job of hiring intelligent young people who are professional with a great attitude. You can tell that morale at work is high in that they enjoy what they do, care about their job, and that translates into how they treat the customer. I usually buy a dark roast coffee in the drive through when I go to Starbucks. I am always amazed at how energized and AWAKE the Baristas are at 5:00 in the morning! They are very helpful with items to try if you go and want something new to try. My coffee is more than enough to get me half as energized as them! Come rain, tornado watch or sunshine, they are ready to help get you the best coffee in the area at a moments notice.
