Food was amazing! We got chips and salsa to start. Both ordered pizza one chicken finger and one chicken and spinach. Took awhile to get our chips and salsa and by the time we had our first chip our food was out. Staff is super nice but little slow. Once our waiter did come over felt rushed, our waiter also kept coming to wrong table to either drop things off or say something was on the way. We definitely will be back to try something new

This place was entirely mediocre. Our waitress was nice once we finally got someone to come take our drink order. We were about to walk out.
The food was ok. Apparently a scratch kitchen, but their beer cheese soup tasted astoundingly processed. Beef on weck poutine had great flavor, but wasn’t keen on the “fries” each being a quarter of a potato. Poutine is not a food you should have to cut 20 times.
Just overall pretty lackluster.

I was really disappointed with my recent order from Butera’s Craft Beer and Craft Pizza. The food quality was terrible.. I’ve honestly never seen a pizza like the one I received. I asked for sweet peppers but was given hot peppers instead, which I can’t handle, and the pizza both looked and tasted rushed. Not to mention it seemed like they used salad tomatoes on the pizza (?) The fries tasted like they had been made the day before. For $34, I expected much better quality, especially when the pizza was incorrect and not even finishable.
On a positive note, the service inside the store was actually very good, the employees were kind and helpful when I came to pick up my order. The store also looked clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, the food itself fell far short of expectations, and I can’t recommend this location based on my experience.

My wife and I went here on a Saturday night.

To start, I had the “Kiss My Bluegrass” beer and my wife had the “Spring Fling” beer. My beer was okay but my wife enjoyed her beer. For the second round, I had the “Spring Fling” and I liked it better than the “Kiss My Bluegrass”

For the appetizer, we had the Buffalo Mozzarella. We thought it would be more cheesy but we thought it was “store-bought” mozzarella sticks.

For the main course, we had Buffalo wings with garlic parmesan seasoning. Also, we had the Siracha Chicken Club pizza. We both liked the pizza and wings. Although, the siracha was lacking in the pizza.

The service was just okay, we both felt that the servers didn’t want to be there.

We had a wonderful time, so we went back twice. When you walk in, you wait to be seated. It can be a very busy place, so you may wait a little bit. The waiting area is a bit narrow as it’s shared by others walking in. There are white papers that cover the tables. We had fun writing on them as we used it to plan our week. On the first visit, we were well informed about the menu choices/drinks. After our meals were done, the server forgot about our to go order, but she was very apologetic about it when we brought it to her attention. We had their vampire kiss cocktail and a cider drink that were good. The pull apart cheese bread was delicious with the red sauce, the fish fry, mushroom burger, and 1885 burger & brick oven broiled lemon pepper fish. All of the food was enjoyed by our party.
On our second visit, the server was pretty busy & unable to get our orders in for a bit & said she didn’t know certain things about menu items when we asked about how some things came prepared or options for some substitutes, so we stayed with some things we knew. We tried the garlic bread this time and ordered two of the beer battered fish and the beef on weck. The beer battered fish was definitely the favorite from both visits. The food, no doubt, is good and consistent and comes out in a timely manner. You can tell the owner Jimmy is passionate about his restaurant as he takes the time to check in on each table and wants to make sure that any problems are addressed so he can make it right if needed. The atmosphere is laid back, relaxed, and family-friendly. The food is fresh and well plated. There is a good variety of choices. You can sit at the bar to watch a game or sit comfortably at a table not too close to other tables, which was nice so you don’t have to worry about bumping into other patrons’ chairs. There are taller tables and shorter tables available, so it suits a variety of size parties and comfort. This is a regular place for my family members as I was only here a short time, but I will make this place a go-to every time. Give it a try and enjoy!

Knew from the start it would be rocky due to one girl doing it all. Hostess/bar tending and waiting tables. Stuffed peppers were good. Only the flat wings were good because of the sauce the drumstick nubs served were not great My husband ordered the chicken fingers and said they were super dry, when we told the waitress she said oh sorry and never tried to help.

Our group went on Wednesday night for dinner. We were surprised to see the great wing specials. I ordered the peanut butter rocket burger and seasoned wedges. The burger was cooked as i ordered it and tasted great. The potato wedges were awesome. The service was a little slow especially since it was very busy.

Fantastic menu! There’s a wonderful selection of dishes, the staff is friendly, and we were seated quickly on a Friday at 5:30 PM. The atmosphere is casual, and they have a full bar. The food was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. I highly recommend the Poutine appetizer—be warned, it’s enough to serve 3-4 people! Absolutely delicious! The owner makes a point to visit tables and express gratitude to customers. If you’re in the Hamburg village area, this place is definitely worth a visit.

I had to try Butera’s a second time before writing this review and I ordered the pizza flight both times so Ive tried 6 different pizzas they have there and while they’re not bad at all none of them are are really good or make you want to eat it again. They have a Limited selection of beer and a cider or two. In the area there are a many really really good brewery’s and restaurants so in comparison this one fell short and seemed very average. None of the pizzas really stood out to me and the chicken reminded of the chicken you would get at subway. I wanted to be able to give this place a better review because they are a local business but the pizza really just isn’t very good.
