This Starbucks location off of Northwest Expressway is always well staffed and very efficient. The drive-through can get a little backed up into the parking lot, but they do a great job of getting people through the line. It is located perfectly off the highway for easy access. The employees are always very respectful and kind.

Morning drive thru tends to mean mug when you specifically ask for 2 simple honey packs to go with your sandwich, and as an Uber Driver who has worked all night, I don’t appreciate the ugly personality to end my work shift. DO better!!

Preorder drove 6 min sat in vehicle for 2 minutes went in waited in line and order wasn’t even ready. When I did get my food it look liked it had been thrown together by a toddler!( ridiculous) if I’m paying 5 dollar’s for a very small breakfast sandwich you can at least give me more than 1 half strip of bacon

I love this location. They are open late, until 11 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends, are very sweet and extremely accommodating. Yes you will pay a little bit more for your coffee at Starbucks. Yes it is nice if you tip. You get what you pay for here. If I want something different with my drink, anything from the temperature to the ingredients, they are generally more than happy to help you out. They are enthusiastic about educating you after the various drinks and food items and seemed genuinely happy to be at work most of the time. It is my pleasure to support a business like this. This location is a little bit busier than most as they are across the street from hospital and on a major expressway. Plan accordingly and you won’t be disappointed. I’ve never had to wait more than 10 minutes. If you do have an issue, please bring it up to them. I’m sure they’d be happy to help.

So I had one person In front of me at the drive thru and everything went pretty smoothly till I reached the window.
First off an ice latte with caramel drizzle shouldn’t cost me $5+ but whatever.
Total time to get me my order was 12min. They gave me a hot drink after walking me through ordering an ice one. And to charge me extra for Carmel just to have non on my drink was annoying.
They whole time the cashier seemed annoyed. Last time I checked it wasn’t my mistake geesh.
Lastly, Usually they will apologize and comp a drink but nope. Took forever and sent me on my way. So annoyed. Wont be coming back to the Starbucks.
