This Starbucks is absolutely outstanding! The service is always fast, friendly, and professional — the baristas greet everyone with a smile and make sure your drink is perfect every time.
The store is spotless and welcoming, with a warm, comfortable atmosphere that makes it a great place to relax, study, or meet friends. I also love that this location is fully handicap accessible, making it easy for everyone to come in and enjoy their favorite drinks.
One of the coolest details I’ve ever seen — their business cards are written in Braille! That thoughtful touch shows how inclusive and forward-thinking this Starbucks team truly is.
From the friendly service to the spotless space and incredible attention to accessibility, this Starbucks on Main Street in Norman sets the bar high for every other location!

I come in often because my son plays football for OU so this is normally my Friday -Sunday stop. Today my encounter was very different and I’ve never experience negative behavior from any Starbucks I’ve ever visit but here twice. I asked the young lady for sleeves for my extra hot caramel macchiato she mentioned they only put sleeves on a different drink. I see common sense isn’t so common. She had a bad attitude and this is not the first time she’s became snappy and rude. Me being a 7days per week Starbucks customer her behavior is not acceptable or appropriate for this establishment. The baristas are always so helpful, friendly and my heart went out to them. Their line for the drive thru, was crazy busy, an was loongg! Yet, the barista, was nice enough to grind my coffee. Take orders for two teens, an myself lol. Bless him!

So just stop and got a sausage egg and cheese muffin and when I went to pay the blonde girl at the window I was asking her what’s this how do I do this Because the sunlight was right on the screen and I couldn’t read it. She just kind of held it there and didn’t even answer me back It was completely rude. Then I kind of shielded the screen with my hand and saw what I was somewhat doing and then I replied to her you know it would have been helpful if you just kind of told me what to do because I couldn’t see the screen and she still ignored me wow.
Anyways the worst part is that when I got the sandwich and I started to eat it the center was completely ice cold like they can’t even microwave a sandwich right Jesus So I just kind of ate around the edges threw it away $6 sandwich thanks Starbucks.
***Update*** I get it now, They hold the payment out the window so you can tip lol. They could still just take my card and ask me if I’d like to leave a tip so I could kindly say no. I would have been so mad had I had left a dollar or two for a tip on a $6 microwave sandwich that was ice cold when I got to unwrap it and try to eat it on my way to work. And whoever wrote me back on the review, All you should be doing is sending me a coupon for a free sandwich and then some.

This is the only location that I feel like a bother to the staff. I always pre order my drink on the app and they always are weird about it but today they told me just to order in person from now on because online orders are no longer a company priority. I normally would understand but I was one of the only customers there. I do not have this issue at any other locations so I will continue to go elsewhere.

The baristas are always so nice, and only some get annoyed when I ask for a straw the Starbucks’ in Norman is strange though. I get the same thing every day. Sometimes it at a different Starbucks than the day before. Each Starbucks location makes my drink different, it tastes a little different every time.. Starbucks on 36th & Robinson makes it the very best!

I am surprised by the overall low rating of this Starbucks. Perhaps this is the lowest I’ve seen anywhere. I’ve been to dozens of Starbucks from Seattle to Shanghai and I’ve never seen one this low. Perhaps it’s because it’s directly across from Norman high school. I now notice that most of the low ratings are complaining about the crowds and the slow service. It is very difficult to serve quickly and to customize almost every order. When we arrived the drive-through was busy but inside was almost empty. I found the cashier/barista friendly, engaging, professional and completed our order accurately.
