Very cool location, great ambience and exceptional service. The food was wonderful too, of course. We shared the bread platter and the brussels sprouts. For entrees we had the Trini-spiced fish (Mahi Mahi) and the coffee rubbed flat iron steak. For dessert we shared the Kentucky bourbon cake. Everything was excellent and our server Andrea was very knowledgeable and friendly.

An all-around fantastic restaurant! Everything from the food to the service to the atmosphere was top-notch. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor, and the service truly stood out—Sam and Nicole were amazing: attentive, friendly, and made the experience even better. We celebrated our anniversary at The Salted Edge and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly sweet and welcoming, congratulating us with a signed card and a glass of prosecco, which made the night feel extra special. The food was outstanding: the short rib croquettes melted in our mouths, the beet & burrata salad was the perfect balance of sweet, salty, and savory, and the spa rib French onion soup was pure decadence. My husband loved the wagyu bolognese, and the Kentucky bourbon cake was truly the icing on the cake. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time to Salted Edge. We loved it! The food was an adventure! The drinks were Awesome!!! We loved it all but really enjoyed the bread platter that is made in house by their pastry chef. Our server was Andrea, she was very busy all evening but explained all the drinks and food in detail and shared her expertise. She did an excellent job. We look forward to returning when we can. John was great! The whole experience was wonderful for our anniversary! From a cute little welcome card to them calling us by name, to the complimentary wine, we loved it all and felt so special! Food was amazing, John had great recommendations! We will definitely be back!

Andrea was our server and it was our first time here and the food and drinks were really good and absolutely loved the view of the water and sunset. Andrea was super nice and told us all about the chefs background etc. Loved her and we will be bringing our foodie friends here with us next time. You need to try this place everyone!!!
The Bread board with the variety of breads and butters was even better than we expected. I’ve been all over as we are big foodies and we travel a lot so happy we found this place. We’re gonna try happy hour next time. ❤️

I had my birthday dinner at Salted Edge and it was truly special. Food was amazing, we had the bison filet and the ribeye with the charred broccolini. The steaks were a little over, but I didn’t mind as it was still so tender and flavorful. Our waitress was especially attentive and warm. I had the Jam it in a Smash cocktail, which I thought was great!! The birthday dessert was okay though, I personally didn’t care for the cake as it was on the dry side. Overall, we really enjoyed our dinner and look forward to coming back for more!
