recently visited the drive-through at Starbucks and waited about five minutes at the order box before being greeted. I understand delays can happen during busy periods. After placing my order, only part of it was repeated back. When I politely clarified that the order also included two drinks, the employee (Tatiana) responded in a dismissive tone and said, “Yeah, I already got that… pull around.”
I was simply trying to ensure the order was accurate before I got to the window and the order was wrong. A more courteous and professional interaction would have upheld the level of customer service associated with this brand.

Staff services are good and response to customer queries is good.
I always like a drive-through because it’s very very fast and convenient and it saves a lot of time
They served hot coffee and it is tasty. They made with all the required ingredients which I ordered
I’m happy with the with the coffee latte with caramel drizzle whip cream which is my favorite drink which I always prefer to have at the store because of their good service to the customers

Asked for an order and they made a mistake on my first order. The first barista was very friendly and nice but might have been new, so I over looked the mistake and made a second order and this time it was another barista, unfriendly to begin with( she might have been having a rough day, and it happens). But they made the same mistake on the second order. Made me realize that perhaps they did it in purpose. Because when I asked for it to be corrected, the second barista I ordered with gave me such a stare that I never expected at a Starbucks. I’m assuming she was just angry and not racist. This place always had a good experience before.
I wanted to give feedback to the manager and asked another barista for the manager and this barista just called someone next to her and asked to talk to me. Either she thought a customer is dumb and won’t know who the manager is or she made a genuine mistake but seemed a bit odd that she wouldn’t call the actual manager. That person she asked to talk to me said let me call the actual manager and ofcourse this ‘actual’ manager was kind and shared that there was a miscommunication and the barista had tried calling us apparently for 5 times but I guess it was loud and we didn’t hear it. My mistake . The ‘first’ kind barista ended up coming to the table and giving us the order , with the wrong cup. Usually Starbucks gets a name on the orders , this Starbucks didn’t which might have been another reason this happened. But seemed to have multiple points of failure in customer experience today so I’m guessing it’s a bigger culture/training issue. Hopefully they resolve it soon. This is otherwise a great place with great baristas. Hopefully this was just a one off bad experience.

It’s usually pretty good. I am a bit disappointed that they only have two ovens and I have to wait longer than usual for food items ordered in the app as a result. The food was still good and the drinks of course were even better

I have come to the Centerton location for the past three years. You can always tell when management changes. For the last 3-4 months this place has been very unorganized and unwelcoming. Staff used to seem happy and would say “Welcome to Star Bucks” anytime someone walked through the door even if they were busy. I think I may have to take my business down the road to 7Brew. Centerton can’t get it together. It could be a very nice and welcoming facility they need actual leadership.

Half-cafs beware! I’m 8 months pregnant and have been limiting my caffeine intake. Every now and then, I’ll grab a half-caffeine latte – specifically from Starbucks because you’re given the option in the app. As I was waiting for my drink to be made this morning, I heard the barista making my drink tell a seemingly newer staff member to ignore the “half caffeine” on the drink sticker. When I got my latte, it was like drinking a $7 glass of milk. I’m not sure if she gave me half of the amount of coffee that should have been in the latte or what, but it ruined my coffee pregnancy experience with the company

Typical Starbucks…they sold me coffee, it was good, they were friendly. People who give this place 1-2 stars should go do some traveling. If they did, they would be inclined to change their rating. Keep up the good work, Centerton, I am glad you are here. That being said, nothing comes close to Onyx Coffee Lab. That is the best damn overpriced coffee I’ve ever had.
